@ peeDavinci, u got a point though, i think it is better off that someone of such calibra shld stand surty for such offence, if the accused is proven guity he (the accused) will go striaght to jail and if he disappears (given the fact dat he is not a nigerian as he claims), then, Marian (the surty) will be made to serve the punishment. Farouk never new Femi could go public, it was suprise attack, hence the initial denial. the treat of vidio and audio recording made him admit. got some lawyer or tips from SSS personel who adviced him that Femi may not really have SSS relationship in the matter, so he refuse to produce the cash evidence as it will be easy to denai audio evidence. if my tot is right, then, Farouk will b legally free, it's a pity legality is a big problem. but if Femi take it persoal he wil sure wil nail farouk given his finacial weight except there is intervention from GEJ
