How can a selective few turn the the whole of Nigeria to a grazing reserve just because the constitution guarantees the freedom of movement? Can we say because we have freedom of speech, we should start insulting our parents? Those cows are owned by the elites. They buy and hand them over to the fulani man to look after. They should buy plots of lands, fence them and put their useless cows inside. You talking about beef?
