This story no clear, seriously e no clear

Left to me, I think they shouldn't cancel to he CW, that franchise is a huge one and not just that, it's a brand. It's a money spinner and has capacity to be more.
What I think they should do is to continue with it on HBO MAX but:

* Improve the quality immensely
* Put an end to somw shows e.g Flash, that show just have to end already.
* Create new shows.
* Create a Justice League which will be used for their crossover stories. They don't have to name it Justice League, they can go with catchy names like The League or whatever.
* They should put an end to the whole political correctness theme and just focus on creating good stories.

If they do this, watch how the CW explodes. it will be the lieutenant to the DCEU. Everything boils down to more brand, more audience and more money.

Well I like Hamada's vision so far. He's done exceptionally well and brought his expertise with the Conjuring universe. You can't sack a creative who gave you one of your most important franchises like that.

I don't think the overall head for controlling and connecting the stories and movies together for DC studios means that person will double as DC films president. Hamada already has that and going nowhere soon until 2023 ending.
Probably why Emma Watts rejected the job. It's rumoured she wants a bigger role. Probably gunning for Toby's role.

I don't think it's initial gra gra. I've researched Zaslav and industry players who knows the guy well has said he's a man who likes a hands on approach and doesn't like the bureaucratic hurdles in companies the way AT&T set WB up. He's a direct man and likes to keep his top execs close.

It's stuff like this that makes me more confident about him. And removing those too much middlemen set up by AT&T definitely boosted confidence. Imagine how many EVPs, executive if streaming and distribution when you already have an HBO/HBOMax chief. What's the essence of that when you can combine the departments.

The guy's idea seems smart, if he can pull through with even half of the plans WB will be better for it.

Bro this one no be news na, even Killar and Ann had the same reputation about them when they were appointed, even Buhari self. They will always be something good to say about a newly appointed CEO or executives but it's later we will know if the person is good or not. Even AT&T in 2018 had their own share.

Aside that, every newly appointed CEO always engage in initial gra gra, it's a common thing in the corporate world and even the political sphere self. Buhari self even do am but how far today.

Killar and Ann performed well during their time, let's see what Zaslav will do. It's by 2023 we will know if this moves of him are competency or just mere drama.

So for someone that has some infos about the corporate world, I'm not moved by all those drama and praises. 2023 will tell.

If he isn't doing that, then why is he the president. If DC Films is going to be an independent division, then that's what he will be doing coupled with administrative duties.

He may or will not handle other franchises (ArrowVerse, TitanVerse, StargirlVerse, NoamiVerse etc) but whosever is the DC Films President (which for now is him) will be in charge of the DCEU because the DCEU is the biggest and primary franchise of DC Films. Aside that, the DC Film's president will also be in charge of the DC Films Multiverse which unites all these universes together.

That's the same thing with Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige is the president of the division and also the head of the MCU.

That's the reason I say he's the Kevin Feige of DC Films. Before the merger, he didn't have much control but going with the whole overhauling drama, I see him having massive control in DC Films.

I'm loving this Zaslav. His ideas so far has been brilliant.

DC Entertainment is going to be unbundled and they feel DC games has been in chains and needs more characters with more games and content.
DC Films/ Studios might get increased independence or complete independence if the studio plans go through.
WBTV and HBO is also being a significant player.

To me I'm not moved with all the overhauling drama. All I need is a concrete content and franchise plan. They can change executives and positions of divisions and yet nothing happens as regards content and franchise plans.

But let me see how things goes. I just wish all this moves from Zaslav are not initial gra gra which is perculiar with newly appointed CEOs. Killar and Ann did theirs.

Is it just me that has noticed that WB/DC are seeking to establish a DC Animated Cinematic Universe using DC League of SuperPet.

The Justice league are part of that movie, and if it performs well, then get ready for sequels and JL, Batman, Superman etc spin offs.

And if you look at it, DC league of SuperPet is kinda a JL and superman movie

This recent reports clearly spells it Hamada Is no Kevin Feige of DCEU. If he is Zaslav wouldn't be actively looking for a DC overall head. He approached Emma Watts for the job. There's also a report that he doesn't like the idea of a creative overseeing DC which means people like Jim Lee is out. He wants a business oriented person who understands the Industry.

Let's just see how it goes first but the odds for Hamada is high which makes me wonder why he wasn't sacked but that's that for that. But as I said, the odds for Hamada holding that position is high.

Bro DC Films is not independent at all. It's a subsidiary or division of Warner Bros and it's projects are overseen and greenlit by WB.
It's the same as New Line Cinema under WB. They have their own heads and team but greenlit power rests solely on WB executives.

Okay. So I guess they want to make DC Entertainment and DC Films direct subsidiaries of Warner Discovery instead of Warner Brothers Entertainment. No P

Firstly, Am I talking about the SnyderVerse or I'm talking about the rebooted DCEU

Secondly, the reboot was Ann and Hamada's idea, but Ann has been sacked while Hamada still retains his position which points to the fact that he's the boss of DC Films and DCEU, high probability.

Dead Boys Detectives is officially greenlit at HBO... Early poster released.

Lee Toland Krieger, he's the guy earmarked to direct the pilot episode for HBOMax's Green Lantern series.

And the TitanVerse continues to expand.

If it's set in the DCEU it will have Aquaman's VFX quality that is if and only if they're going the underwater route.

WB/DC gives high budget and quality to their DCEU series. Peacemaker is a testament.

Zack Snyder is definitely coming back

This one no be today news na, I've always known. Although he won't return as the head of DC Films and DCEU unlike the thinking in some quarters. Hamada will be in charge of that. Hamada is like the Kevin Feige of DC Films.

Zack won't be heading DCEU because
* Hamada is the president of DC Films despite the sack saga that went on in Warner Discovery.
* He's doing a good job cos ever since he took over, the negativity and controversies sorrounding DC films have reduced.
* Zack DCEU plan was controversial and I don't think Zaslav will want that controversies considering how rigid Zack is.
* They're going forward with the reboot and the reboot is Ann and Hamada's idea, so he stays.

Zack will be producing and directly DC films, the highest on list being JL franchises.

Which one is DC Studios again? Is that not what DC Films is? An independent division committed to producing DC films.

So what's the whole DC Studios for again?

It's a live action probably in the DCEU, but DCEU or no DCEU, Aqualad will appear in Aquaman 3
