I thought places like this is for us to support local innovation, rather i see a lot of competitive spirit around here. We are here celebrating other frameworks. Here is one developed by one of us, and it was hidden or deleted by moderator.

madelinekim: PHP is one of the best open source CMS to develop dynamic website application. There are lots of PHP frameworks are available on the web, but the best is CakePHP. I also used this framework for developing valuable websites.

The API economy is exploding and a lot of applications are being built here in Nigeria. My major challenge is that I have not come across a baddass Nigeria UI/UX design expert who can create amazing stuff. What I see is that a of these design experts buy themes from places like http://themeforest.net.

Or is Nairaland membership now only taken up by people with only religious sentiment in their heads. Look, i'm a Christian, and that will never change but when will Christians learn that THE EARTH IS THE LORD'S AND IT'S FULLNESS THEREOF! That includes scientists, artists, everybody!

All you guys that posted "it's 666!",i'm sure you posted it from phones or laptops. Why don't you just call them monitoring tools of the devil? Why not call the internet the devil's airwaves? Why can't you guys accept that while there people on the devil's side, scientists and all, there are also people on the Lord's side, scientists and all as well!

So what do Christian scientists do anyway? Sit around and debunk everything their colleagues do as works of the antichrist? Or actually contribute towards making the world we have a better place?

Be watchful, yes. Be vigilant, yes. But don't be stupid and gullible.

I just discovered that facebook has enabled sms chat capability to its website. This feature is powered by MTN & GLO. Don't forget also that Twitter notifications has been powered by AIRTEL for over a year now. I want to know why these companies cannot give out their sms gateway api so that Nigeria developers can develop sms applications free for the general public for use. In the US, most mobile networks have a free sms gateway api that most applications leverage on.

Please point me in the right direction
