@ibe003, yes they held my passport back, they didn't request for any certificate, please which one is form DS5540 ?

My transcript;
My number was 33,i was called to window 19 and the interview started;
"From your file we see that your wife has petitioned and requested that you come join her in America i said yes"
1.What do you do here in Nigeria
2.how did you meet your wife
3.how long have you known each other
4.do you have any child before marriage
5.does she has
6.when did you get married
7.do you have a child together
8.do you have any pictures of both of you together aside the wedding pictures
9.do you have another means of identification aside your international passport like divers license,national ID
Then i was given the white paper which is a waiver paper, and was asked to go and expect their response.

I was interviewed on the 4th but my passport was withheld, and was given a white paper for waiver, though i answered all the questions...so am waiting for their response.....Gods grace to us

I got the mail of the interview on the 10 of Feb, then my interview date is 4th of march

"Then regardless of your category your PD must be current on the visa bulletin before your interview will be scheduled" please explain.thanx

My petitioner is my wife but she didn't earn much so we got someone to provide us with affidavit of support, so the prove of domicile will it be the same person that provided affidavit of support or my wife

@Ajenikoko89 please is it going to be my wife's ID or the person that helped us with Affidavit of support, also can his International passport serve?
