Health / Re: Healthy Coffee And Tea by xfile: 10:36am On Sep 28, 2015
Wow, that coffee is simply amazing, if you haven't gotten yours then you are surely missing out on a whole lot of potential health benefit it offers. I was once given a free sample by a relative and it surely served it's purpose.
Hurry and get yours from Mr NOBODY, and before God and man I have never met him before nor partake in any of his forum activities other than now. But I do know The "GANODERMA" herbal component that was infused into the tea and coffee.
You can Google the word Ganoderma, so as to view its health benefits.
Today I not only benefit from its healthy component, I now profit from it as well. I must tell you, it is truly magical. So get your share from Mr NOBODY...., and I can assure you won't be disappointed

Business / Can 5 Million Naira A Month Buy Me A House At Banana Island? by xfile: 1:40pm On Sep 04, 2015
On the average, a house at banana island is worth about (2.5 million U.$ dollars). This is also equivalent to about ( 500 million in Nigerian naira). Now help me do the following maths;

1; if am paid #5 million per month, how many years will I have to wait to save up
(500 million naira) to get that house. ANS = (8 years)

2; Ok let’s say #500 thousand per month.. ANS = (83 years)

3; What about #50 thousand naira per month… cheesy ANS = (833 years)

4; Now, check if you are within any of this income bracket and calculate how many
Years is left to save up for that house at banana island. I mean you… , yes
The person reading this. I have done mine anyway and I mean no disrespect. This is
Just a sincere observation.

Furthermore, many would say I don’t need to buy a house at banana island, even the more business minded people would say I can invest that 5million naira in other investment vehicle (like shares, bonds, etc) to generate that 500 million naira. yeah, both category of people are extremely correct based on their various perspective about life, And funny enough , the vanity upon vanity sayers are not left out. As for me, if I earn #500 thousand monthly, Sincerely, that is enough for me, and besides too much money does not guarantee happiness. I don’t know about you. But wait a minute, let me tell myself the truth, and you, just wait and listen to that correction I have to make to my thinking. And this is it;

IF I HAVE #500 MILLION NAIRA IN MY ACCOUNT, FIRST OF ALL, I WOULD BE FINANCIALLY FREE AND THE NEXT IS THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO EMPLOY AT LEAST (50 PEOPLE) AND PAY THEM HANDSOMELY PER MONTH AND INTURN, THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO PAY HOUSE RENT, GIVE THEIR CHILDREN EDUCATION AND ALSO TAKE CARE OF THEIR AGED PARENTS THAT HAVE SUFFERED FOR THEM ALTHRUOGH THE YEARS. AND AT THE END EVERY ONE BECOMES A WINNER. NOW THIS IS ALSO A FOOD FOR THOUGHT FOR THE VANITY SAYERS, THOSE THAT HAVE NEVER THOUGHT OF OWNING A BUSINESS AND ALSO THE ABOUT TO BE BUSINESS MINDED PEOPLE.

This is my point: #5million naira is too much to wait for in other to start a business and #1000 naira if invested properly can as well fetch you as much as 10 million naira monthly, hahaha.. does that ring a bell; I no many would doubt but as for me there is nothing impossible. “If 1 million people pay you just #10 naira each for a service rendered then that becomes #10 million naira”. Now to archive such stunt in a very short while , all you need is a business that has the following.

1; INFORMATION
2: ONLINE PRESENCE
3; THE RIGHT STRATEGY

But for those who already have a business I say good luck to you and thanks for putting a smile on someone’s face and at least feeding a family through getting them employed. Business / Re: Entrepreneurs: Born Or Made Or Lucky ? -lets Discuss by xfile: 9:50am On Jun 21, 2015
Every one is an entrepreneur and entrepreneurship is all about taking risk.
Now my reasons..
1: LIFE in itself is a risk. For example, back then In 2008 , I was involved in a ghastly motor accident on my way back from school. Precisely along lagos ibadan express road. But I am still , till tommorow ever Greatfull to God that i am alive to to tell this story.
Now, if a pastor or herbalist had told me before the journey that I would b involved in such, I would have either done any of both
A: postponed the journey
B: or take the risk and travel notwithstanding...
But an ENTERPRENEUR would take the risk irrespective of the challenges ahead.

Now the SUMMARY
A BORN ENTERPRENEUR is a business man UNCONCIOUSLY, because he sees it as a way of life . Either because he was born into such family or it was either a natural calling.
A MADE ENTERPRENEUR is a CONCIOUS business man who is so scared about financial insecurity in the future. And now decides to create both defensive and offensive mechanism to escape such irrespective of the fact that there is a very slim chance if winning.

Religion / Re: The Church Might Be Leading You To Hell- Etcetera Writes by xfile: 9:42am On May 10, 2015
Dear, etcetera
In every 12 disciples there would always be a judah. I quite agree with some of your allegations. But again same allegations would perform 2 things
1: increase the speed at which non church goers and unbelievers are heading to hell
2: weaken the faith of baby Christians
And note: A church is the gathering of the saint
it could be in an open field or an enclosed structure. But the ultimate aim is to serve God..

But I must tell u the truth there are still a lot of people that are standing for God..

A wise one would hit the red button. Hitting the green button is not risk taking but pure "greed". People who partake in lottery or betting doesn't have the option of an "Instant cash" or hell yea! They would have gone for the instant cash. This isn't the kind of risk taking entrepreneurs are talking about! You have a 50% chance of winning the $100m but don't forget you also have a 50% chance of losing everything and going home without a single penny(People are often blinded by the "brighter side" ). The effect would be far worst if you are just an average citizen or living below the poverty line cheesy. That would be the most foolish decision in your entire life if you lose.
