That was just what calm my nerves. Initially I tot he was gone. It’s a funny world, lot of people don’t care, the moment people saw it wasn’t my fault after the harassment and they can’t really pin it on me, they left me. While he was in the hospital, I walk around to see if anyone will identify with him as I saw some guys talking about him. They deny knowing anything about him. He is obviously relatively known around that neighborhood, but no one want to stand for him. It’s a crazy world indeed.

Look, personally I have been an office person for several years. I have also been an employer of labor for years.

Now, talking about an office person. There are categories of salary. For an office person earning 300k downwards, how do you want to measure that individual with someone making 50k daily after all expenses.

Most office people survive on loans, using their salary to service one loan or the other. I have been there and still have several colleagues who are still office workers.

Infact I have a close friend who cannot do anything else aside office work.

Before the next salary, he's broke to zero.

I also know some office people balling and living large as well - this category earn above 1M and above monthly.

See this screenshot below, this is one of my colleagues. We are working in same company and department before I resigned in 2019.

This is not to mock him, but I use it to buttress my point. Been an office person doesn't guarantee that you are financially capable and okay.

My brother, I’ve looked into the car market recently, and I can tell you that finding a good Naija-used car for 3.5 million is nothing but a fairy tale these days.

A sound car now goes for 4 million and above—no jokes at all.

If this is your focus then you're not being a shrewd businessman like you claim. Whatever your 7m naira car can do for ehailing. A 3.5m car will do it exactly all things being equal. So why invest 7m and breathe on drivers neck to rush in your stake when you can as well stay true to reality and get your stake quicker and faster?

Like you said, you can't wake up 5am to drive anymore, likewise me, I've put in the work to achieve little I have now, but truth is, the work doesn't worth that effort anymore.

Before this Tpain happen, I know how much I take home with 5hours of work, but now, I have to put in 10hours+ to achieve same result, does that make the work worth the time, I will say NO if you ask me..

Inflation will keep overshadowing earning, no matter how big it gets. F*cking love Mustang and what I am seeing is around 14m, still want to get it tho, but not with this racket. Donfort don talk am finish. There’s never a career path here. Nah where you drive reach, hang key, e end. No pension, no health insurance from anywhere. Unless you are running it on the low, but how many drivers are paying attention to this? A month out of driving, just like 9 to 5 too, apprehension sets in. Come and borrow me money sets in. Trust me boss… there’s more to life then loading earning, paying bills and buying fuel. A/c don show me shege from Saturday till this morning, still going out today to check how I’ll fix the gas that keep disappearing within a day (now u see say nah personal problem 😂).

I met a young lady in her 20s that just got a job with moniepoint 900k monthly. We had a good chat, I feel that. If you give me option of Uber driver or US visa, even you will beat me if I pick the wrong chioce. So I feel some folks see thro driving.
