IFSHR: I understand Nigeria is a mess when it comes to law and enforcing it due to selective application.. but then all what is listed is normal thing every road users must observe.. it’s easy to get a Nigerian drivers license hence the reason for unlawful driving.. I knew what I passed through before I was able to pass my practical driving test. Most of those things listed can cause one his UK drivers license if you flaunt it. As long as they won’t be selective application, I think it’s the right way to go Gbam!!! |

A corolla that is sound should be doing 10km per litre. This is after factoring regular depreciation, ideally the corolla should be doing 12km to the litre. Also this is combined driving. I say this from my own experience using a corolla which was 2 years in e-hailing already, when i started this hustle. A lot of us are driving inefficient vehicles, I know I am. My car shows what I average in realtime so its more black and white for me, like when I switched to bigger tyres to lift the car a bit more, it impacted my fuel consumption. There are a lot of things we are not paying attention to fam, no be just to de carry people upandan |

Ghost1994: Hi Brothers and sisters on this forum… I believe everyone’s good…
Well, here’s your small boy again Ghost1994 and below is my advice to “we” hustlers/Pilot/Drivers etc…
This season is drivers season where you can plan your life again and again.
I don’t know how it’s work now but due to my years of experience as a driver I can still drop one or two experiences that helped me out.
1. Try as much as possible to set a good target for yourself example;
A. I used to set my target back then 5K I must have it at hand and 5K in bank, 3k to drop at home for wifey and 3.5K to start work in morning. Well my most important target back then was 5K cash 3k wifey and 3.5 for fuel… ⛽️
B. I make sure I use bolt/uber bonuses to clear off my accumulated bills at least 30% of the dual bonuses
C. I set one day Thursday as off day regardless of anything I make sure I use the day only to check my car and be with family. Although, reason why I set the day was that Thursday use to be very dull for me.
2. I listen to my car 🚘… well, she’s my second wife that brings the food to the table. Any small noise, I don carry Bluetooth scan to check error codes and be fine.
A. I have different mechanic 🧑🔧 for my car B. I don’t fix my major job I.E. engine overhaul or gear overhaul in Lagos C. Lagos mechanic I used to have are good for shocks, brake pad change and lower arms. D. I don’t listen to Kazeem that’ll tell me to remove thermostat or bypass wire instead of changing fuse E. I go on YouTube to understand more about my car I drive and potential problem it’s could give after some mileage
3. I start and close early… well, they say bad things happens during the dark
A. I used to live on the mainland and whatever I am doing or wherever I might be, once my closing alarm rang by 8-8.30 I’m finding a trip home or finding my way home alone/pick passenger on the way. B. I don’t believe in specific areas at some period of time… Ikeja and environs used to be dull during 10-12pm I don’t need to be their I won’t even accept trip their unless the trip is bring me from island
4. I don’t believe in party or club
A. I cut down all the bs parties and clubs because I’ll spend money not that I’m earning anything in club or party 🎉 B. I cut down friends that’ll tell me to chill at beer parlor instead of choosing to learn skill C. I created a small circle of friend (1) original from day one
5. I learn course online during my off day and free day
A. Coursera, Udemy and Allison are good even you can download and start learning something that’ll help you in growth. B. While waiting for trips, I’ll be on coursera reading my course while waiting for trip on other phone.
6. I pray alone A. I don’t believe in church or mosque (I’m not weird) I believe in humanity than bs religion B. My wife’s xtian and I respect her religion and support her with everything but I don’t belong to one.
7. I never believe in Nigeria will be better I plans my japa from the beginning and working hard on it.
The above point (7) is the major reason I’m writing these epistle to this platform…
Why you need to use these method and save for next year japa is because it’ll do you allot good.
We have more than 170+ countries in the world 🌍 don’t revolve your life applications in USA 🇺🇸 Canada 🇨🇦 Australia 🇦🇺 and UK 🇬🇧.
Brother and sister try other country work permit we have many embassies in Nigeria please don’t limit yourself go online and read allot about flourishing country you can start from scratch.
European Union have more than 15 countries please 🙏 do yourself good by going to their recruitment website use translator and do something better instead of unnecessary argument about earnings.
I am currently in a country with few blacks and trust me, I never regretted it. I left Nigeria 2 years and 3 months ago and the blessings I can count is more than 10years of staying in Naija doing jamajama.
I’m a full time German automobile mechanic now. In less down 2 years I learned it because they gave room for easy growing.
The uber car I sold coming here, I bought more than that after 8month of living here.
I never build my house but then the project is going on the land.
I have personal car here vw Passat 2017
Brothers and sisters I’m not proud or humiliating my colleagues and hustlers here because it’s a faceless forum anyways but I’m typing these to someone to motivate them.
I was in Naija for 15 days vacations in July I felt so bad that I couldn’t explained what people are going through I had to reschedule my ticket 🎫 back. Because I couldn’t bear the spendings anymore. I was supposed to spend 1 month but I couldn’t cope anymore I felt Nigeria is not my home anymore
Nigeria system is design to kill dreams please 🙏 try and check other countries
Learn other languages too and apply for assistant teacher with a small certificate in Allison course to back it up
If you can read this, definitely you can start something early.
I love y’all
Ghost1994 Sweet. All the best mann |

Glithronix: The thing I find funny is not even the 'big grammar', it is the fact that the grammarian feels he's killing it, whereas, even at secondary level, he's going home with an F in English with all those errors that are irksome. But such individual can never be corrected, so far he's perfect (in his own eyes). So, what do we do? We laugh and read on.
Much respect, boss. Gbam!!! |

Pearl1910: Your fare should have been more on this trip. Ur gps or network must have misbehaved. This is actually poor. As same trip on Bolt without surge will be way more than this. Had to go look at it again, but if it was bolt it may have stopped reading completely. He would have gotten a fare for maybe 10km |

Talking about self development and potential exits. I was advised to take a look at cyber security. 6-12 months with potential to even land remote international jobs. The attached screenshots are steps on the path to follow, hope this helps someone.
