I used to work as a security guard in ojodu berger, my colleague there was a total azzhole and madman. He is very dirty, uncultured and ungroomed he talks and quarells like a mad man, when he eats he eat like a hungry lion and liters bones and food on the table, he only washes his plates when he needs them, he is from the southwest.
Normally i don't take shit from anybody but i decided to comform and overlook things, we had little arguments here and there fast-forward to the d day when we were having this heated argument and everyone was fired up this guy was ranting and i was replying him, next thing he threw the Pepsi he was drinking from his cup on me, i was mad.
Immediately I remembered my secondary school days, last time i fought
I came closer and lifted him and threw him on the ground, i mounted on him ready to dish blows but what i saw on the tiles was blood, the idiot probably landed with his forehead there was a cut on his head and he was bleeding seriously, immediately i free him, his madness reduced. He reported to our office and i also did telling them what happened and that he bruised his face while fighting with me.
Later in the morning our patrol also from the Southwest came and the guy told him that i stabbed him with bottle, the stupid patrol sided with him saying that it's a cut wound, he canceled my own part of the story and was faulting me for injuring him believing the guy's lies.
That stupid patrol with his big belle and ugly face he's on nairaland here he deducted 10k from my salary and sacked me but ogun will definitely kill him, even though i reported this guy's behavior many times to him but he did nothing about it.
Anyway, I have learnt a more cunny way to deal with people like this.

Even private secondary schools are looking for first class graduates to employ with good pay. So what are you insinuating.
First class who is not employed has chosen to remain unemployed or cannot defend his credentials. There are jobs everywhere, even with little connections, you can never be unemployed.

I live in Ibadan.. If you claim there are good private schools that pay well and are looking for teachers with first class send me their details...

First class graduates that are gainfully employed in our current Nigeria are those with Oga at the top .. I mean strong connections..
Those with wealthy parents will be sent abroad to continue with their studies..
Majority of others that have means would Japa because they're not appreciated here..
While those without helpers will continue hustling, roaming the streets and looking for any means to survive.. .. It's so unfortunate[color=#550000][/color]

First class do have jobs because to the employers it means they can succed amidst distractions and are fast learners.

Some universities give retention option to their graduates while some graduates refuse the offer for better ones after school.

Majority of the unemployed are unemployed for these reasons
1. Pride
2. Greed
3. "not settling for less"
4. Refusing to serve under anyone.

Pls .... Don't say what you don't know.. The Era of retaining first class graduates in Nigeria has passed... Now, even with your first class certificate, if you don't have someone at the top or connection.. You're made to face the world alone..
Who will reject a university job because of pride or greed when there's no alternative job in this current Nigeria situation wen sapa dey use son of man shine??.. Haba
