It doesn't have band 28, only RN8 Pro and RN8T does.

If you are in areas where they have deployed band 3, you are in luck.

[color=#0000ff]You can order the complete LCD or order the digitiser only if money is @n issue. In the meantime, get a tampered glass or go to those phone accessories store and apply a film on it to help hold the cracks together until you're ready to change.

You can still side-load the playstore on Chinese versions
But just as he said, try and get global versions to avoid one or two issues
