If I don't know about domain flipping, I will not even talk about it. If the op insist on going into domain flipping, she should start with nothing more than 50k, that is around $100, that should get her couple of names. Domains sell for around 8$ on namecheap & namesilo. She should study the biz with that, but investing the whole 400k in a business as domain flipping is not prudent.
