From the look of tinz here, havin a fone interview dosnt even guarantee u havin d BH experience... God abeg look into ma case ooo, ppl av fasted nd prayed for this, I avnt even done both yet.. Buh I believe its GOD who grant favors nd blessings. Don't stop believing. U myt be the best candidate buh if God dosnt step in, u myt nt evn get a chance. Ders smfn called GRACE. I applied on the 1st of october, I dint even check ma status til ppl here startd receiving invites, so I dcided 2track it. nd noticed the status change.
Nope I neva attended uniport nd am yet 2receive ma fone interview,altho ma status reads preselected for interview. Am jst prayin nd fasting ryt now ehn mak e nogo change. pls weneva u guys pray in church, add my prayer request tank you.

Obi1kenobi: Well, goodluck to those who would be making the next phase of the recruitment phase. I certainly know someone who won't make it - which is me of course. I had my interview yesterday (my first interview experience) and it was an abject, woeful, inept showing: a total disaster. First I had this man (one of the 3-man interview panel) drilling me about banking practices and definition of terms which totally threw me off balance. Being an Electrical Engineer, banking may not be my field but I should have been far more thorough in my preparation. My confidence and composure at this point had evaporated and I had become an incoherent, babbling mess.

Even when a kinder man offered me some wiggle room by asking me about my own course, I was still waffling on nervously throughout. Even the figures in the financial reports of the bank which I memorized were forgotten. And then the first man grilled me further on why I made a 2:2 in school. The whole thing was just a nightmare and my long 3-hour trip back home in the traffic was just depressing.

I could only laugh hard at myself for the abject, pathetic showing if I didn't want to break down in tears.
