From experience lemme advise you women are complex in nature you can't really understand Dem, some after sex, they just get set up or start ignoring you, some may even cry during or after sex, all this makes a guy feels like BULLSHIT, so d only advice i can give is that if don't like what you see after sex or during, just end the relationship or avoid sex with her, immature girls behave like this mostly..... But let me assure you that she come back to normal mood or her normal self, just give her sometime. |

Surviving Criticism As the saying goes, you see the back of your head from the eyes of other people. SOMETIMES listening to what those who criticize you say can really help you develop yourself GREATLY as an individual HOW Bypass the Criticism - Look beyond the criticism and ask yourself, why did the person said this? what is this person aiming at? afterward Judge Yourself Rightly n Honestly - The easiest way to ever grow in knowledge and wisdom is to judge yourself rightly or wrongly, Say to yourself am I right? am I wrong? Leave SELF PRIDE out of this, judge Yourself like a third party judging between you and the critic, then you know if the critic are right or wrong. What if they are RIGHT - If the things which you are criticize for is true after judging yourself then CHANGE for good, because some will criticize you because they Love you and Care for you. What If they are WRONG - After judging yourself honestly and realize that your critic are wrong then you move with what you Know how to do best remember some will criticize you because they don't like you or are jealous of you. What if you are not SURE if they are Right or Wrong - Ask someone who is older than you or has Life experiences more than you to Judge you Honestly. Criticism so times can be so painful especially when you have a good motive and you are criticized for the wrong reasons OR When you are criticized for a good reason and you KNOW but self pride won't let you change then you get angry and start defending yourself. Don't turn a deaf ear to criticism they might point out to you those things you are ignorantly doing that are wrong, Remember nobody is perfect. Believe it or not criticism are facts of Life, you either let it work for you or against you. You Choose. |

They stir the GAINT in you - There is a gaint in everyone waiting to be awaken and most of us fail to realize that, but with the help of your God sent mentors the GAINT is awaken. 2. They make you believe in YOURSELF - Nothing is more encouraging than having someone tell you they believe in you, with those words of encouragement and support you are left with no choice but to believe in yourself and go the extra mile to achieve your sets goals. 3. You truly wish and desire to be like them - If you don't wish to be like and even overtake your mentors then there is no need to call them your mentors 4. They motivate you towards achieving your dreams too - Those you call your mentors are those who have fullfiled their dreams and calling and with each of their words and actions you are being motivated and fired up to never give up and fulfill your dreams too. 5. There words and actions strike you in the heart and cause you to think - When listening to this people first there words hit you right in the deepest part of your heart and you are force to think on your own goals, dreams and actions towards success. 6.
