O'level is over 60-A1:6,B2:5,B3:4,C4:3,C5:2,C6:1
choose ur five core subjects if u are using 1sitting and calculate ,e.g mathB2:5,EngC4:3,litB3:4,govC4:3,ecoC6:1, =16multiply by 2=38/60
your CGPA is over 40-
if overal CGPA is 5.0,u calculate lyk dis:CGPAmultiply by 40 and divide by 5,
e.g,3.90multiply by40 divide by 5=31.2
now add o'level score wc is 38 with CGPA wc is 31.2=69.2

dats ur marks wc u will use to knw if u ar up to or above d u.i cut-off marks for ur choice of course. d earlier d better,if u calculate it nw it will elp u decide ur fallback course(s) wen its tym for the processing..gudluck.

Qualcoms: In fact....just speechless.... my eyes wanna get red n water abt to drip... u see when something like this happens, u need to open up to pple quickly like getting back to dat lecturer's friend or holding on for dat HOD assistnc...but nevertheless...I want to bliv there wil b a silver lining to ur misfortunes...U can put forward to UI n I bliv it wil be well becoz for a dept like Food Sc n Tech, there is no comppetitn at all...be careful in registratn n all procedures.....n mind u...keep chckin d Faculty office at interval, located opp UI CBT centre ...thnx.

Truth is, the DE questions are mostly culled from past jamb questions...especially the earlier years. So I was told anyways.
@gallas the intake depends on the performance in postume. Its always limited though. The list is usually released with the supplementary admission list of jambitos. Say for medicine for instance...last year's DE intake was about 15.

sigolisis: Sorry for late response, I'm not in Ibadan @ d moment. Where are you coming from, if you leave early enough from your base you can submit your transcript and still go back on the same day. Nevertheless, if you want to sleep over in Ibadan, you can always talk to any of the students. Good luck

1. Address your transcript to UNDERGRADUATE admission office when applying for it in your school
2. Confirm from you ool whether the transcript has been sent or not before going to UI
3. Ask your school the exact date the transcript was sent and go to UI to confirm it
4. If your school sent your transcript and it's not found in admission

office, it's either hanging at the post office (i.e UI has not gone to pick them) or it's been taking to UI POSTGRADUATE admission office, hence need to go to PG admission office to search for it.

5. If your school has not sent your transcript, there is nothing to worry about (UI has not even requested for submission of transcript), but start processing it now so that it can meet up
6. If your school has sent your own transcript, there is need to go to UI and establish that fact and do the necessary as bidey4real rightly stated above.
7. Start processing all other documents you may need for that admission that are not readily available with you e.g statement of result (waec/neco), birth certificate/sworn affidavit, school certificate/testimonial, NYSC certificate (if applicable), etc
8. If you've not yet obtained DE JAMB form and you wish to, there is still hope but ACT FAST.
