Phone is very fast and the design is nice though not quite as nice in the hand as the X5 coz the aluminum frame digs into your palm + it's wider than the X5 but not too big in general. Camera didn't impress me especially at that price.

I finally settled with the Nokia 7 Plus.

But please anyone here noticing screen flickering and Greenish Yellow Screen?

The notch is just a turn off.

Maybe I'll wait for the rumoured 8.1 Plus or I'll have to just give in for this hoping to get used to it.

NOTE: This is my own criteria of selecting devices. May not be the same for you. Just do same thing for yourself using your own must haves in phones to narrow down your selection.

Save up and Buy USB Type C devices

USB Type C can transmit Visuals from your phone to your TVby Default.

Just buy a USB Type C to HDMI cable and youre good to go..

X5 is different from Nokia 5.1 Plus in terms of Software. Be careful

X5 comes with Chinese Rom with Google Play Store Installed and Google Services not running properly.

Nokia 5.1 Plus is the International Version and is a bit more Expensive because it has all the Google Services running with full OTA support for International ROM.

The first device I ever used that had a USB Type C was the BlackBerry KEYone. Damn..

Ability to Plug either ways without worrying about breaking the USB Port. (i.e. Upside-down and vis a vis)

The very affordable ones don't support one of the most reliable 4G Network Band in Africa (Band 28 - Glo 4G) just yet..

You mentioned Dual 4G LTE but that's not the band..

Just looked up the price on Pointek and it is 75k and Slot price is 60k.

It's on Jumia as the Nokia X5 (but its Nokia 5.1 Plus), it goes for around 49K

You sure you're not mistaking the price of the Nokia 6.1 Plus as that of Nokia 5.1 Plus. Check again...
