Hello all.

I’ve been a silent reader on this thread for quite sometime and now I want to lodge my visa application and I have a few questions.

Firstly is it compulsory I attach my personal bank statements? (Note: I don’t have any payslips to show for work and my dad is my sponsor).

Secondly, can I show personal employment evidence with ONLY an employment letter(without payslips) ?

Lastly, do I submit ONLY the sponsor’s account containing the funds? Or another bank account can be added(still the sponsor’s own).

You can add your salary account statement with your employment letter or letter of reference from your employer

go to your the bank you did your BVN and request for addition of email to it

Yes. I called a number I got on NIMC website and also messaged them on twitter. After two business days I was validated.

My kids got their NIMC card couple of weeks ago but i tried validating from work yesterday as i work in a bank and the portal says RECORD NOT FOUND.

Kindly assist advise on how you were able to solve this as my kids are scheduled for capturing in lagos and @All, please assist with ur inputs on this.

Start fresh request. They have assigned the reference number to another customer who has made payment

So I finally made payment today which was easy and quick. My appointment has also been booked for Tuesday next week, I even had the option of choosing from this week Friday but I opted for Tuesday to give me more time to prepare the documents required.

I guess the appointment date wasn't far because of the centre I chose which is Abakaliki.

I have also started disturbing NIMC to enable validation of my NIN as I discovered that of recent banks are finding it difficult validating it.

Before I forget, try going to bank to ascertain that your NIN is verifiable so that you don't run into hitches when you go for capturing. The last system incident messed up NIMC database.

Please if you have succeeded with this could you share the challenge you encountered.

Also can age declaration suffice for birth certificate?

Please has anyone succeeded in this online payment and gotten the passport?

Thanks all. I always leave it for long in water but at the end you still see the white spots. For spray starct, that it what I was using before I switched to renew. Apart from it being costly, it doesn't last and it doesn't also give stiffness like renew.

Good evening friends. I love starched shirts and how it look on guys wearing them. My problem is that whenever I add starch to my shirt (especially colored cloths), I will notice that there are white spots on them when they dry. I have been suffering from stomach ulcer for long and the worst is that it seems not be responding to medication. I have tried a whole lot of medication including drinking fermented unripe plantain but no show. I have gotten tired of taking drugs because I fear their long term side effect.
