The Bible asks Men to Love their wives (that's very diffcult) and women to Respect their husbands! That gives a happy home. The best gift I was expecting was a real present. Is it wrong to buy him a car? |
For those who don't know, its a contract Job. And Stanbic-Ibtc won't pay you Any money as monthly salary if you don't meet the target. Its a lousy Way of using desprate and jobless graduates.... |
This is the problem with Nigeria people like md4real are so used to bad service that they can't see the difference. md4real: Seriously, young man, you just got paid in your own coin. This lousy and arrogant behaviour won't get anyone sack and u gotta pay the necessary due to get your "private bike" back. Next time, you will learn to behave properly before u can be accorded proper respect. WHY ARE YOU THE ONLY EXCEPTION? |
Sadly GTBank customer service has become very poor. I also observed a rather disturbing trend amongst banks like GTBank and Zenith in Universities, they HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD FOR STUDENTS. Their security guards are rude and uncourteous. Outside schools their branches are nicer. I have experienced this difference several times. So my dear you happened to fall into both situations of which the best option is usually to do as they say and escape their insults. I would advice you approach them again in a courteous manner and explain Very patiently that you did not understand the rules in that environment. If they still refuse to give you back your bike, then forward a complaint to their headoffice customer care unit. No matter how rude they become, try to keep calm. |
Hello, pls am all the way at PHC and I also got a text from them. I would really appreciate their contact number or who the are recruiting for. Transport money na die oooh |
I do pray this finally comes to pass.to all the Abuja Intercontinental set who kept this thread alive, I pray that God almighty will shower his blessings on you and grant you all your sincere heart desires. May his grace keep us alive so dat we shall all be called and will be together at last at the Training school. Amen Dont forget to tell us if U get invited pls. God bless us all. |
Hi everybody, seems Richdammy is handling tis thread so well. Pls I would like to know if there is any latest info yet. |
Well, Basically it a round table interview dt invovles about five applicants and four interviewers. ( they may change the secenario) The questions you get will be totally out of what is on your CV, so you have to be prepared for questions like: Why do U want to be a consultant? What ur level of creativity is like? what are your most recent achievements? Be very careful of what you say cause it could make or mar you. Finally, those interviewers are quite smart and sharp so dont take them for granted. Wish you best of luck. |
@Richdammy I also heard from a reliable source yesterday that they are training some people (corpers or OND holders, I dont know) but that ours will come up when they are finished. Thanks for all your information. Really apprecaite it. @Pauchy's I hide my email addy for personal reasons but if U want me to post it here, I will do so. My mail box actually needs some enlivenment. doreen4eva2@yahoo.com @Kenposh If U really want to work in a bank in Abuja, do urself the favour of walking into their HR centers and dropping your cv. Unless they ask you to go online. Gatecrashing tests that are sort of open wont be bad too. Pray your information will be worthwhile. wish all Abuja hopefuls God's blessings and success. |
Hi, I have been reading about all other regions concerning Intercontinental bank interviews and training but am yet to hear from the Abuja group. I did my medicals on 21st Feburary @Ideal Hospital in Abuja. I would like al those who know our fate and any information to pls contribute. Most of us are begining to fret alot. Thanks all. |
I once saw this material somewhere but I wasnt able to have it for keeps. Thanks alot Tegachuks, I can now have It for Keeps. Keep it up. |
Hello all, I do agree that the kind of stuff being posted here needs to be regulated. What am wondering however is what the Admin people are doing about it!!! These should include: 1) Not only site advertisement but scammers advertising false vacancys for Jobseekers 2) Posting of the wrong thread in the wrong area 3) Unecessary headlines that seem to attract people but are acutally full of jargons or questions Every jobseeker here wants to advertise him/herself so lets try to act educated and let not our watchers be diappointed. @ Seun, if U r part of Admin then I will gladly do the posting. |
Hi Ohis, I took Oceanic Bank test here in Abuja. They got most of there stuff from www.Psychometric-success.com I suggest U try the link and look at the sample tests they have there and try them. They are not very difficult but needs alot of preparation. I wish U luck and pray that they have not changed there test format. |
I have still not heard from them. Am guessing that its either we havent made it to they next stage or they are taking time to compile their results. Wish you all good luck in this naija we dey. |
@ Robbielex I also took the online personality test for Asst Brand Manager but I wasnt prompted for the Numeracy test. Cant remember all the mail said cos I took it in a Cybercafe. I will appreciate further info cos am highly interested. |
@ DRAGNETNGR. Thats a nice one but you should put all this long talk in your advert. Maybe you will then see the graduates that are willing to apply. Its a nice one but try to make us understand this because most of us didnt have a idea of what it was all about. just the adverts we saw. I do believe nairalanders agree to this |
@jato2001 I heard that the lagos batch has started work. As for we Abuja people, Some of us may be posted outside our current locations or by God's Grace start here. I do beieve that they will call us soon. |
@Seuniyanda, pls the next time u want to send in a post, try to draft an appropraite sentence that reflects what u are talking about and stop giving people high hopes unnecessarily. Also If anyone in the house has any news pls do try to share it. Thanks |
@orijgga 1: Please do u recall how u actually applied for the NBC, I applied both by post and online, and have no idea whether or not I will be contacted. Thanks alot |
@Yimiton.Not that one. About eight of us where called back and asked where we will prefer to work. this happened on Tuesday this week and we r still waiting to hear from them. Am talking about those for abuja. @ Stellion. When next they start recruitinh, they will let people know. For know They are still taking those qualified in Batches @ryta. Am in Abuja. Am talking about those for Customer Service sha. Dont know about the other people |
It felt like writing JAMB again while me neck got an awful pain. All the same it was okay. @Jaycee133: I dnt know how authentic that info of urs is but that is certainly gonna scare alot of people. ope its not that high anyway. |
@ Yimton. R u talking about the I.V. we got to go to their office on Tuesday this week? Cos they said that they will get back to us. Although they also asked where we prefered to work. |
thanks pal for telling them all tried telling people but the wouldnt believe you cause they think you only want to be recruited by NNPC n dnt want others benefitting Who ever posted that stuff raised too many hopes falsely. The system in NNPC is overfloded n they Last set of GT's are still on probabation. Cheers!!!!!!!!! |
While you are all busy deviating from the topic I wish to tell u all that the NNPC recriutment stuff is FALSE. If you have been following recent news, u will realise that NNPC has a struggle to finish and moreover, I have authentic information that THEY R NT RECRUITING. the system is overloaded n they barely have space for a new set of people when d last set of GT's have not even completed their one year training!!!!!!!!!! |
Please can anyone in the house tell us (if the know) how far with the applications we sent to KPMG for Graduate Trainees. If you have been called do give us a detail of what their procedures are like. Thanks alot. |
