I use generic brands. Such as Tesco's store brand or ASDA's own. I think you need to watch out that the multivites are okay. I add folic acid (those small yellow tabs) to whatever I am taking. Pregnacare is quite costly and really all about the hype.

There might be some vitamins that make you nauseous so start with a particular vitamin such as Bco then add other supplements till you find the culprit.

Don't take it before eating. Make sure you eat something. I was also throwing up until I started eating before i took my prenatals.

I am not a fan of pregnacare. There are other better brands out there.

That nitrofuranton drug is a terrible one. I took it and had to be taken to the emergency section of the hospital in the midnight by DH. Had severe heartburn and my oesophageal lining was torn causing me to vomit blood. Lots of pregnant women are sensitive to it. I googled and saw that lots of people have had terrible experiences with it

Wish I knew this before I took it. I thought it was first trimester troubles. At a point, I thought i would die. God helped me.

I would suggest you get your company's HR policy. If your company doesn't have a documented process so it's what the owner says that goes, then ask the owner.

You can't use one company's policy for another company regardless of what our personal beliefs are. I run a small business. I would expect you to let me know when you will be going on leave and not leave me guessing at least 2/3 months before so that I can factor it in.

She should do scans and monitor the baby constantly when she is full term. Some people will wait till the baby has swallowed meconium before birthing. Maybe, they don't want a CS. There could be so many reasons. The best way is to find out from the doctor.

Sweetie, our experience with them mustn't be same. I flew them to Madrid and it's one of my worst mistake in terms of travel till date. Infact hubby still make fun of me about it till 2moro. We were served apple pie as food from Lagos to Casablanca, yes APPLE PIE! For those that are used to comfort flying, Pls stay off. My 2 cent though.

You are right. My flight was in the middle of the night around 1am so i slept throughout till we reached Casablanca. Then continued the sleep to London. Bare remember if i was served food or not. But the seats were comfortable and i am quite tall.

Haba. It wasn't so bad. Flew them to the UK and it was okay. Like Arik. But the lost my luggage on the return for 1 day and it was torn when I finally got it.

I flew arik at 32 weeks 5 days on the 7th of June. They accept only fit to fly from the health port authority only. I'm not sure about the cutoff time but the lady in Port health authority measured my tummy with a tape and wrote I was 29 weeks!

I gave it to them and took my flight. It costs N1, 500 and you can get it only on the day you are scheduled to trave only.

She probably did it as a favour to you. Those Arik people can be anal about how far gone at time of flight.

I am week 19/20. Started feeling my LO's kicks a few days back. Was surprised because the scan showed that my placenta was anterior. He no dey sleep o. Always moving and kicking but when my DH wants to feel it, he will stay perfectly still.

The best part is that I have no more morning sickness. I feel like I can run to Ajah and back without feeling it. Lol.
