Hype your business. You made it sound like it's a hobby and cannot act as a tie to Naija. This is what I did. Say something like, "I run an interior decorating company that has a monthly turnover of xxxxxxx. I have an average of xx number of jobs per month with X number staff as the business has grown bigger than one person. (If you have a big client, mention the name). For the period you will be away, you will have to hire a temp staff to assist the one on ground."

You need to show you have strong ties to Najia. If DH will be sponsoring, mention at the end that DH will still be a major sponsor of the bills as he works in Bleep. Let the VO cut you short rather than giving short answers.

She said she booked to New Jersey and it showed one stop in Lome. She said she wanted to cancel but her ticket is non-refundable. Will they add extra stops in between?

Me too! I drove to surulere to see if i would find that amala joint that used to be off adelabu street. Couldn't locate it so iwent back to lekki. Finally went to Bukha hut but it didn't taste the same.

Started with cerelac for babies. From the first week, i put like a spoon or so of those baby cerelac (the earliest one) in his milk. I then made it a little thicker. By the first week, i was giving a proper cerelac plate once a day then started with the pureed foods. I honestly cannot remember the brand names but i started with those pureed food that they sell for babies in Shoprite. Started with the fruit and sweet ones before i moved to the vegetables etc.

By the 6th month i started giving him my food to taste. Whatever i eat i will put some in his mouth. Would boil carrot and give him to gnaw (he loved it). My baby can eat for Africa. By 7th month, the guy dey chop semo with me. Although i noticed that most of the foods don't fully digest but i still continued so that he would get used to the food. However, i didn't stop the milk as that was his main source of nutrition. Gave him his regular feeds. I started noticing that by the 7th month, he didn't take as much milk as before. He naturally weaned himself off milk as he preferred "normal" food.

It is good. I used Phillips Avent and dumped the electric after using the manual still Avent. It was so easy to manipulate and to clean as well. Also, no need for for batteries/electricity.

For the manual.i normally express 2 125ml bottles.my dd takes 100ml at once, then they top with the 25ml when she is just playing around with food.but this must be used within 1hr,2hr tops.i discard wat ever remains after 2 hrs.
It takes average of 30 to 40mins for me..
But if my breast is really full.10 to 15mins. My milk go just dy flow like fountain.i dont even pump den,i just attach the pump and press the handle and hold. The milk will just gush out on its own.

Mine used to be same but I like the manual better. I can regulate the speed, pressure, etc. I freeze my breastmilk. Once defrosted, I don't refreeze. I make sure it doesn't come into contact with saliva. That's how I did ebf for 5months before I introduced solids.

You can try sebamed or chicco. They are very good too. The attached are the huggies I'm referring to. Don't buy those ones in red plastic bags.

What's wrong with the ones in red bag? I think they are very good. I used them from when my son was using size 3 till he went on to training pants. It and the huggies gold. By that time, they don't pee/poo so frequently. It holds up quite well.

The husband is very stupid. Doctors calculate EDD from your last menstrual period as they can't pinpoint the exact day of conception. So they start counting from even before you are pregnant. That's why full cycle is 40 weeks which equals 10 months as against 36 weeks that equals 9 months.

2 months equals 8 weeks. 2/3 of those weeks could have been before they actually had sex.

Be very careful with the pessaries. Depending on how far gone you are, you can push them in and they will cause your water to break. It happened to a friend of mine.

You can take her on a weekend getaway. Just the 2 of you. Your daughter can stay with your parents. Set rules that if she should break, it means the end of the marriage. If you were my brother, I would insist you start divorce proceedings because she obviously doesn't see any future in it.

I started bathing my younger ones from when I was 6 years old and I didn't die. The girl is just lazy and stubborn.

A 13 year old should not be flogged? Maybe in America. If my kid was 13 years old and they do something really silly, I will flog them. No exception for any teenager in my house.
