Keep on exxagerating your experiences. If your phone fails to show name, it happens sometimes when the particular number is stored in the SIM, phone and maybe in your mail as well particularly if it is stored with slightly different names. You must have stored it as maybe "mummy" in the SIM and "sweet mummy" in the phone for example. When you have a call, it will not show any. Moreover, you bought a faulty device. A very faulty one. Infinix makes very good phones with good battery. I do not take my charger to work. My phone can stay 24 hours straight or more with normal usage and 12 hours straight with heavy usage. Don't buy second hand phones. Always go to recognised dealers and shops to get phones. Don't play smart by trying to save some few thousands and going for something sub standard. Your bad mouthing makes no sense at all.

I neither sell phones nor post regularly in Tech/phones board but I would not fold my arms and watch another human go through the hell I have been going through with my INFINIX.

I buy all my phones at SLOT in computer village and the only terrible experience I have gotten thus far is buying INFINIX from them.

Do not follow what some of these guys are telling you here about the beauty of INFINIX. They are computer village boys that are hellbent on misleading you.

I use an INFINIX HOT3 LTE and I have never known joy since I was tricked into buying this rubbish. I'm currently saving up to buy a good Iphone or Samsung by next month. I would not contribute to another man's woes by dashing out this INFINIX, I'm using, I'm going to pound it in a mortar and bury the rubbish once I'm done.

This thing called INFINIX is no phone at all!

In your life, NEVER EVER think of buying an infinix phone because you would regret it all your life. I current ly use one and that has been my greatest undoing till this day.

* I carry about phone charger anywhere you see me.

* phone rings without my knowledge. It can set itself to silent mode without ur knowledge. No sign showing that it is silent

* You want to make an urgent call, contact list suddenly disappears for more than 15mins.

* Once battery reduces to 20%, phone goes off.

* phone hangs like almost forever

* phone always very hot with little activity

* phone refuses to adhere to instructions always.

* phone can ring without showing who is calling

* phone would ring like 15seconds before bringing out the contact name.
