By your logic, is it right to call a Yoruba man/woman from Ogbomosho a Lagos indigene even if he is not from there or has any investment there.

There is what is called stakeholdership.

If you live in Lagos, Abuja, Owerri, Lokoja or Ogbomosho and own a property or pay your rents and work there, you have more stake there than say someone who although has tribal affiliation but probably have never set foot in that part of the country.
