Its normal to forget things atimes.... As ur brain move most things to ur short-memory.

It's psychological.... To remember a lot of things, then you have to work on urself... Give urself tests.... Force urself to remember things.

I had a university student I had once told to do somfin....it worked for him... I'll ask u to try it out.

Activity1
Use ur phone, go to ur phone contact, and look at a friend of urs dat is far from you, look at his mobile number and try to cram it, without much efforts, then delete it. Stay for few minutes then try to recall it. Make sure u spend much time to remembering it. Try this everyday and ensure that u're good in remembering numbers..

Activity2
Take a novel, don't pick novels with a good title... Pick the ones that the topic will turn u off, that will make reading boring for you. Read it and force urself to read it. Then at night, give urself 5minutes to remember the passages you went tro... Try every possible means to remember words by words... Don't summarise what u read. Ensure u remember words and sentences and phrases... When u're good with words...

Activity3
Every night, before going to bed, sit back and think of everything you did, the places u went to, who u met and what u discussed with the person, the pieces of papers u picked and read. Everything that ever happened to you. Just sit back and run down the activities for that day! Then observe urself, and make sure u didn't forget anything.

If you do this, you'll be used to remembering things!

Why not go to tribunal on behalf of all the PDP candidate in those states that you mentioned. Don't be myopic in your reasoning. PDP have got no chance in winning most of those states, so why should they waste there money in going to the tribunal

Why is APC still disturbing themselves over the election when there are other pressing national issues that should be properly addressed? The country economy is depreciating and losing value worldwide and APC is setting tribunals everywhere in the south.
