Which ministry is minister of state defence oversee? Just simple question

Minister of state for defence does not oversee the ministry of defence. He is only the deputy of the person overseeing the ministry of defence.

Also if you want to list the ministers of state for defence, it means Yorubas will possibly have up to 3 ex-ministers of state for defence.
When you add it to previous Yoruba minsters of defence, we will be talking about 5 Yorubas, as against one solitary Igbo minister of state for defence

I have not even bothered to research on the number of Yorubas who have occupied the minister of state for defence positions, but I am pretty sure they will be more than the Yoruba ministers of defence

He was never a minister for defence. He was a mere minister of state for Defence.

The substantive minister of defence when he was a minister of state was Rabiu Kwankwaso

No Igbo man has ever been appointed a minister of defence, at least from 1999. That is a clear case of marginalisation.

The position has been held mainly by the NC, NW, NE and the Yorubas
