Well, as funny as the suggestion appears, I decided to dig a little to ascertain if truly such a scenario is constitutionally acceptable.

I discovered that:
1) The Nigerian Constitution does not limit the number of times a person can run for or hold the office of Vice President, as long as they meet the basic eligibility criteria and are not disqualified by specific circumstances.
These conditions are:
-Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Nigeria by birth.
-Age: Must have attained the age of 40 years.
-Party Membership: Must be a member of a political party and sponsored by that party.
-Education: Must be educated up to at least School Certificate level or its equivalent.

2) The constitutional limit of two (2) terms are generally focused on the Presidential office, not the Vice Presidential role itself.

Atiku Abubakar served as Vice President from 1999 to 2007 (two terms). There is no constitutional provision that prevents a former Vice President from running for or serving in that same capacity again.

In as much as I find the idea of Atiku being Mr Obi's running mate ridiculous , because how can a whole Atiku do that? He is the one who brought Obi into the NATIONAL political landscape, but based on the current Nigerian Constitution, Atiku Abubakar's previous tenure as a two-time Vice President DOES NOT disqualify him from seeking the Vice Presidency again.

But it won't happen for many reasons .

However, Your Excellency, some staff of the Abia State Environmental Protection Agency,, ASEPA are gradually constituting themselves a public nuisance to Aba residents.
These people are hell bent on destroying and tarnishing the good image of your government.

These ASEPA staff go about the streets of Aba intimidating and harassing shop owners to purchase ASEPA BUCKET.

However, It might interest you, to note that most shop owners already have these ASEPA BUCKETs which they had purchased from past administrations.

It must be categorically pointed out that having an ASEPA bucket is statutory and every shop owner is expected to purchase and keep one as a refuse bin within the shop premises.
but the idea of forcing and intimidating every shop owner ( even those who already have the buckets ) to purchase another ASEPA bucket Is wrong.

These ASEPA agents have issued threats that every shop owner must purchase the new buckets whether they already have the buckets or not. And they're are hell bent on carrying out their evil intentions.

Shop owners in Aba are NOT against the sale of ASEPA buckets BUT, it should be limited to those who don't have.

The price of these buckets @N6,500 is too expensive, considering the harsh state of the economy..

Worst -still, forcing shop owners who already have this bucket to purchase yet another one not only amount to DOUBLE TAXATION but also exploitation by your government.

Your government have always stood for justice,Fairness and equity for the masses ,please ASEPA must follow the lead.

Shop owners are already angry and agitated. If this matter is not promptly addressed and ASEPA called to order, could trigger a public unrest

Your government is a listening one. Kindly call ASEPA to order.
