I disagree with you on the Kano issue, had inec forgotten to stamp Tinubu’s ballot papers, will they have been classified as invalid?

We are extremely lucky to have him as our president indeed. At least petrol is now #10/ltr and all the basic needs and want of the citizens is at a very low price. A dollar is equal to one naira. Infact he's the best president so far.

PDP got 14m votes to Tinubu’s 8m but Tinubu is president because of internal fighting that gave rise to obi, Wike and Kwakwanso but no it’s the judiciary that is corrupt.

The case that led to them not having a valid structure in plateau and the dismissal of the governor in plateau was originated by PDP members. The court order that was not complied with that has led to the removal of the governor was obtained by aggrieved PDP members but no the judiciary is corrupt.

May God not give us PDP at any level of government. People that cannot even manage their own party, that cannot manage ordinary elections want to govern?


At this rate even those buf00ns in LP are better than PDP.

EFCC has never docked Obi. He has never been investigated or queried on fraud related issuea. He is the only clean politician in Nigeria today.
Peter Obi is a great politicians and a good leader.

Well here is the section of the electoral act I am conversant with

(1) Subject to subsection (2), a ballot paper which does not bear
official mark prescribed by the Commission shall not be counted.
(2) If the returning officer is satisfied that a ballot paper which does not
bear the official mark was from a book of ballot papers which was furnished
to the presiding officer of the polling unit in which the vote was cast for use at
the election in question, he or she shall, notwithstanding the absence of the
official mark, count that ballot paper.
