Goodmorning20:
A Human Rights Activist and Lawyer, Chukwudi Ezeobika, has lambasted the Independent National Electoral Commission for not exercising due diligence in conducting a proper investigation into the information and certificates submitted to it by persons aspiring for public offices

The activist said the action or inaction of the electoral umpire has brought the country to ridicule before the international community whereby the certificate of her President will be subject to scrutiny, casting doubt on the integrity of the country’s leadership.

These were contained in a statement the lawyer signed and made available to newsmen in Lokoja on Monday.

Speaking against the backdrop of the Chicago State University certificate controversy, he noted that the electoral umpire has brought so much embarrassment to the entire country because it failed to do the needful.

This, he said is an “Issue to be worried about as it raises serious questions on the integrity, capacity and true independence of the Commission as currently constituted.”

He said that having received huge budgets (which amount to billions of Nigerian naira) both from the Nigerian government and international donors, the INEC Chairman, Prof. Yakubu Mahmood, should have done better to conduct a free, fair and credible election.

They said they don't accept degree certificate as proof. They actually called Unilag and asked confirmation that I attended Unilad and also for my transcript before they allowed me start work.

So all those shouting certificate forgery etc, In the US the paper certificate is not accepted as proof.

Instead of asking where did BAT get the paper from, the question should be BAT, since you gave us this paper, let us call the school and verify that you actually attended.

I hope this helps some folks.

Thank You Letter to Atiku Abubakar for His Success in US Court Room
By eeetuk

I am writing to thank the former Vice President of Nigeria, Mr. Atiku Abubakar for his successful court litigation—which helps to expose the criminal backgrounds of Bola Tinubu as a crook, forger and fraudster. Yes, Atiku Abubakar earned all the credits for exposing Bola Tinubu to everything you want to know about Bola Tinubu. Nigerian courts lack independent—in contrast to courts in western countries like the US and UK.

INEC rush to declare Bola Tinubu president of Nigeria is directly tied to lack of Independent in Nigeria Judiciary system. They thought, they would get away with it. But God brought Atiku Abubakar to look for alternative and he found it.

Without Atiku Abubakar effort to challenge the legality of Bola Tinubu certificate he filed with INEC in Nigeria, Bola Tinubu forged certificate would have been swept under the rug by the Nigerian authority. True!

In Nigeria, courts take order from the government. You only know what the government in power wants you to know. That is why I am calling on all Nigerians to write and send thank you letter to Mr. Atiku Abubakar for bringing to public this big LIE by Bola Tinubu. He is forever a forger.

Before the presidential election in Nigeria on February 25, 2023, Bola Tinubu filed a forged certificate with INEC—allowing him to contest presidential election. No one would have known that the certificate Bola Tinubu filed with INEC was forged if Atiku Abubakar did not challenge its authenticity in the American court room.

Mr. Carl Westberg is the Registrar at the Chicago state University. In a court deposition made available to public, Mr. Westberg said this “I do not have the Diploma that was submitted to INEC in our possession because he had picked it up. CSU had never certified documents for anyone before. It must have been made because there was more of a Nigerian thing”. Amen!

After reading the statement of deposition above by Carl Westberg, I asked myself two questions: (1) Why did Bola Tinubu fail to appear on his graduation day to pick up his certificate? and (2) after failing to appear on his graduation day to get his certificate, why has Bola Tinubu not contacted Chicago State University since 1979 about his certificate? Something is fishing about Bola Tinubu.

Facts matter. That is why Bola Tinubu must be removed from the office of the presidency of Nigeria. A crook cannot be allowed to lead a great country like Nigeria. Never!

Bola Tinubu is a crook, fraudster and certificate forger, period.
I am not making this up. Look at this picture:

In the city of Chicago where Bola Tinubu once lived, he was arrested and charged with drug trafficking. According to a court record in the city of Chicago, Bola Tinubu has paid a fine totally $465,000 to the city of Chicago court house over drug dealings. In 2023 APC party primaries, Bola Tinubu bought and paid for 90% of voters to vote for him—thereby denied his immediate competitors any chance to win the party presidential ticket.

Weeks before APC party primaries election, Bola Tinubu went on the air to announce that he and former Nigerian president, Buhari had agreement—which called for Buhari to rule Nigeria for 8 years and turnover the presidency to him—Bola Tinubu. How can anyone hear this statement from Bola Tinubu and believe that election that took place on February 25, 2023 was real? No, it was not real.

Forged certificate filed by Bola Tinubu in INEC only confirmed one thing: February 25, 2023 presidential election in Nigeria was fraud and fake. INEC already had their man—Mr. Bola Tinubu as the president of Nigeria. Nothing Atiku Abubakar could have done in that election would have changed what millions have come to know: Bola Atiku is Nigeria president.

The real significance of Bola Tinubu fake certificate
If you are citizens from Akwa Ibom State, Rivers State, Bayelsa State, Delta state and Edo state, these have to troubling to you. Why? Bola Tinubu is in the presidency to steal oil money from your states to Yorubas. Already, evidence of this is emerging. Just look at the appointments he has made so far. All key government jobs are going to Yorubas. Bola Tinubu wants to use Yorubas to conceal oil lootings from the south/south states to offshore money laundry. The moment I learned about this; I have my jaw dropped.

The 1999 constitution of Nigeria section 137 (J) provides that a person shall not be qualified for election to the office of president if- “he has presented a forged certificate to the independent National Electoral Commission

What is Nigeria supreme court going to do with this new information?

Waiting for Nigeria Supreme court! And are you?

Tinubu’s house of forgeries

By Paul Ibe

Since Tuesday last week when the deposition regarding President Bola Tinubu’s educational qualifications came to the fore in the United States, there have been several attempts to twist the facts of the matter, which deliberately aim to confuse the mind of the public concerning the matter.

Some media aides to the president have come out openly to ‘push back on the narrative’, while some media houses, especially one, have persistently slanted their story to justify a corrupted interpretation of the facts in the disposition.

Sadly, however, the truth of the matter remains that Nigeria’s President, Bola Tinubu falsified a document he submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and swore an affidavit under oath to back up his forgery.

On page 26 of the deposition which is publicly available, the Registrar of the Chicago State University, Caleb Westberg under oath, was asked a simple question that, “CSU has determined that it does not have a true and correct copy of the diploma issued to Bola Tinubu in 1979, correct?

“To which the Registrar responded, “that’s correct.”

Also, on page 27, a similar question was put to Mr. Westberg: “So, CSU, after going through every diploma, was unable to find an authentic copy of any diploma that CSU issued to Tinubu in 1979. Is that correct?”

The CSU Registrar, in his response, said: “We did not find any diploma issued by CSU in 1979 to Mr. Tinubu.”

And coming straight to the specific issue of whether the CSU is aware of or in possession of the diploma that Tinubu submitted to INEC, to which Mr. Westberg simply said, “Correct, we are not aware of it.”

Indeed, anyone who has taken time to do a thorough reading of the deposition will come to the unambiguous conclusion that the footprints of Tinubu’s odyssey as far as the CSU documents are concerned is filled with profound forgeries and abuse of administrative due process.

President Tinubu’s supporters and spin doctors will want to force the narrative of, at least, “Tinubu graduated from the CSU down our throat, even when the narrative has no foothold in logic.

The question remains: How does a candidate graduate from a university that you were never qualified for?

According to information in the open, President Tinubu applied to the CSU with a pre-qualifying 1970 certificate from Government College Lagos, whereas the school did not come into existence until 1974. Maybe this should make Tinubu the first man ever to have an anticipatory certification from the school four clear years before the founding of the school.

Another mystery is that in addition to the non-existing Government College Lagos certificate, Tinubu presented a certificate from another school in the United States that belongs to a female candidate and a Cambridge HSC of 1970 – the same year he purportedly graduated from a secondary school in Nigeria.

Long before the CSU discovery of last week, Tinubu has had a history of forgery and perjury. In his form CF001 he filed ahead of his governorship election in 1999, Tinubu had claimed albeit fraudulently that he attended St John’s Primary School Aroloya, Government College Ibadan and Chicago University as different from Chicago State University. The late lawyer and human rights icon Gani Fawehinmi would have succeeded in bursting him but for the immunity he enjoyed as Governor of Lagos State.

President Tinubu must be a man of mystery. No wonder his supporters call him Idan (a distorter).

It is our contention that at the heart of the forgery scandal against President Tinubu is the question of integrity and morality.

If the President would not do what is honourable by resigning from office and saving the country an imminent embarrassment, at least his supporters should desist from telling shameful lies to confuse the public

Lastly, while supporters of the President are quick to reference his transcript from the Chicago State University as evidence of his studentship in the school, we are alarmed how his NYSC certificate bears Bola Adekunle Tinubu, even when the CSU said under oath that the middle name of “A” was never interpreted in any document in his file.

Every Nigerian who has undergone the NYSC programme understands that the names on the NYSC are never a creation of the candidate, but the official name that the student was officially known as, from their tertiary institution. Tinubu was allegedly never known as Adekunle at CSU. Thus, the only way to understand how Adekunle was smuggled on his NYSC discharge certificate can only be explained as a forgery.

Yet, his media aides will come to the open to make a shameful alternative fact.

It is even more shameful that just when this whole scandal continues to unfold, media handlers of President Tinubu have, from nowhere, smuggled a middle name of Adekunle into his Wikipedia account. The word Adekunle in Yoruba is a house filled with royalty. But in this instance, we daresay it is a house filled with forgeries.

It is, therefore, becoming very obvious that there is no end point to how President Tinubu and his spin doctors will continue to use one forgery to cover the other.
Politics › Re: Supreme Court: Remove Tinubu Or Reinstate Salisu Buhari & David Lyon by yarimo(m): 12:31pm On Oct 09, 2023
Did police conclude investigation of mohbad death? Just asking for a friend
Validated:
The first Natìonal Assembly Speaker, Mallam Salisu Buhari was removed from office for forgery. Mr Buhari has a prerequisite qualifications of WAEC equivalence. That he forged his degree certificates, he was dismissed. In fact he was honorable enough to resign.

Secondly, this same Supreme Court boldly denied David Lyon swearing in as Bayelsa governor because his deputy has misaligned names on his certificates. Both Lyon and his deputy have AUTHETIC WAEC resukts from existing secondary schools. They only needed WAEC to stand as governor and deputy.

If the Supreme Court of Nigeria is a court of justice, why would they not reinstate Salisu Buhari and apologize to him? Afterall he has an AUTHENTIC WAEC, but Tinubu forged Government College Lagos results. Infact he did not present any to INEC.

Why would the Suoreme Court not apologize to Salisu Buhari when Tinubu also forged Southwest College transcripts that belongs to a woman?. Tinubu again forged CSU certification or diploma. Why is Tinubu's offense "white" and Salisu's is "black"? Is the law for Northerners different than those for Southerners?

Why would the Supreme Court not apologize to David Lyon and reverse itself by reinstating David Lyon afterall his deputy had discrepancies in his name. Tinubu's is worse as his Diploma and transcripts and submissions to INEC bears Ahmed, but his NYSC bears Adekunle. I hear they have now edited wikipedia to add Adekunke to the plethora of forgery.

If the Supreme Court of Nigeria is a court of technicalities, let them technically reverse the removal of Salisu Buhari. Order the FG to pay him all allowances and emoluments as well as compensation. The Supreme should also reverse itself and cancel the 2023 Gubernatorial elections in Bayelsa and order David Lyon to be sworn in. Afterall what is good for Tinubu should also be good for David Lyon and deputy Biobarakuma Degi-Eremienyo. The court should urgently apologize to Mr. Biobarakuma Degi-Eremienyo as he even possesses authentic WAEC, first degree and Masters degree from Rivers State University.

Also JAMB has no moral rights to accuse Mmesome for forgery rather JAMB and Professor Olyede should allow her use her results to proceed to the university. Like Aishia Yusuf said, if we want to be mad, let us be fully mad. If we want to be corrupt, let us go totally corrupt and deliver justice equally.

Afterall, what is good for Tinubu should also be good for Saisu Buhari, Biobarakuma Degi-Eremienyo and Mmesome.

Long live Federal Republic of Nigeria!!!
