American former professional boxer, Larry Holmes, has advised Anthony Joshua to engage in regular sex to be a heavyweight legend.
Holmes, 67, is widely known as a legend of the division having won two world heavyweight titles during a memorable career which began in 1973 and ended in 2002.
He beat the likes of Ken Norton and Earnie Shavers while also becoming the only man in history to stop Muhammad Ali on an infamous night in Las Vegas in 1980.
“If I had to give him one piece of advice it would be this – get laid a week before each fight”.
“You need to relax. It restores your energy and everything. You know they say you’re not allowed to do that when you’re fighting.
“I listened to that for a while but then found out it was all a lie and you’re missing the good stuff man. He’s a heavyweight, he’s got to get that sh** out of him.
“But he doesn’t want to do it everyday because that might drain him!” said Holmes.

He predicted that Oseloka Obaze of the PDP will win the November 18 Anambra election - Prophet Chukwudi who had predicted the release of Nnamdi Kanu from Kuje Prison said, only God knows why he chose Obaze
The general overseer of the King of King Deliverance Church, Prophet Emmanuel Chukwudi, has said that Oseloka Obaze of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will emerge winner of the Anambra November 18 gubernatorial election.

Chukwudi while speaking to journalists on Monday, October 23, in Enugu said God has revealed to him that Obaze will cling to the seat of power in Anambra. He said he also asked God why he choose Obaze to win the Anambra election and was told that the incumbent governor, Willie Obiano, was mismanaging the state's fund.

Chukwudi said: “I have a message to tell the world about the election in Anambra state; God is revealing to me that I have chosen Obaze (Oseloka), the PDP candidate to emerge winner of the November 18 gubernatorial election in Anambra state.‎” “In the Book of Amos chapter 3 verse 7, the Bible said the Lord God dwelleth and revealeth his secret unto his servant the prophet. “He told me that the incumbent Governor of Anambra state is misusing the money of the state, not using it properly but by the grace of God he wants to raise a great leader in the person of Obaze to put things right."

He said only God knows why he chose Obaze as the best candidate for to win the Anambra election. “I predicted the release of Nnamdi Kanu, the downfall of Nnamdi Kanu, the winning of Goodluck Jonathan in 2011 presidential election and also gave prediction three years ago before the 2015 election, that Muhammadu Buhari will win," he said. He also said that God has never failed him in his predictions.

- Goodluck Jonathan, the former president, has been ordered to appear in court to testify in defence of Olisa Metuh, former national publicity secretary of PDP - Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court in Abuja said it is mandatory for Jonathan to appear in court on Wednesday, October 25 - Abang signed the subpoena to be served on Jonathan after retiring back to chambers at the end of proceedings Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday, October 24, confirmed that he had signed a subpoena compelling Goodluck Jonathan, the former president, to appear in court on Wednesday, October 25, to testify in defence of Olisa Metuh, former national publicity secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Punch reports that Abang signed the subpoena to be served on Jonathan after retiring back to chambers at the end of Monday’s proceedings.

The judge said: ''Indeed, at the close of business yesterday being October 23, 2017 precisely at about 3.59pm, the registrar forwarded to the court in chamber a subpoena to compel former President Goodluck Jonathan to appear in court to testify a the instance of the first defendant (Metuh). ''Therefore in line with section 241(1) of Administration of Criminal Justice Act 2015 and having regard to the subsisting judgment of the Court of Appeal in the appeal CA/A/159C/2017, between Olisa Metuh and Federal Republic of Nigeria dated September 29, 2017 to the effect that it will be tantamount to violating the right of the first defendant to fair hearing not to sign the subpoena. “I have no option other than to sign a subpoena to compel former President Goodluck Jonathan to appear in court to give evidence at the instance of the first defendant.”

Most of Metuh’s defence witnesses, including Ben Nwosu, who ended his testimony earlier on Monday, had insisted that the sum of N400m paid to the ex-spokesperson for the PDP from the Office of the NSA in November 2014, the money being part of the case against Metuh, was directly authorised by Jonathan. Metuh, had therefore through his lead counsel, Onyechi Ikpeazu (SAN), told Justice Abang on Monday that he would seek to subpoena the ex-President as a defence witness. Ikpeazu said the defence had written formally to Jonathan notifying him of intention to have him testify in court but that the former President did not reply.

Alleged billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike a.k.a. Evans, ‎is currently before the Lagos state high court in Igbosere on fresh charges.

Evans has been arraigned before Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo on charges bordering on kidnapping, murder and illegal possession of firearms. The charges are separate from the ones pressed against him before the Ikeja division of the court.

Manchester United are trying to tie up a deal for Inter Milan
midfielder Ivan Perisic by next week according to reports.
The Croatia international is one of Jose Mourinho's top
targets this summer but a deal has yet to be agreed with
Inter reportedly wanting £48m.
United are already out on their pre season tour with their two
new signings Romelu Lukaku and Victor Lindelof but Ed
Woodward has not flown out to America in the hope he can
wrap up another deal soon.
Perisic is with his team mates in the north of Italy at their
training camp but according to Sky Sports United are willing

Chelsea appear to be wasting no time as
they look to identify alternatives to Romelu
Lukaku after missing out on the forward. It
was no secret that the Belgian target man
was The Blues’ no.1 transfer target this
summer and it must be a bitter blow for
Conte to lose out to title rivals, Man Utd,
after supposedly leading the race for his
signature all summer. Real Madrid striker
Alvaro Morata has quickly been identified
as the new man Conte wants to lead
Chelsea’s attack next season and
negotiations are due to take place.
Morata has previous with Conte as the
Italian signed the Spaniard during his
tenure at Juventus, although their
collaboration was cut short when Conte
took the Italy job soon after. Morata has
not forgotten the faith that Conte initially
put in him back in 2014. Speaking to The
Guardian in April Morata said: “I feel
indebted to him because he’s the coach that
most trusted in me, most wanted me, who
made me feel I could perform at the highest
level. And yet I’ve never had the fortune to
actually work with him. I’m sure sooner or
later I will.” Indeed Conte also tried to sign
Morata for Chelsea last season but Real
Madrid wouldn’t sanction a move after
reacquiring him from Juventus. That stance
looks as though it has softened with Morata
keen for guaranteed starts after another
stalled yet productive season at the
Bernabeu in which he scored 20 goals from
only 19 starts. Madrid do rate their forward
highly and it would still require a club
record fee for Chelsea to acquire the man
with 20 caps for Spain. A fee upwards of
£70m has been mooted with Madrid
believed to want around the €90m mark.
