CONSISTENT INVESTING+COMPOUNDING PROFITS=WEALTH CREATION I attribute most of my success to the above. You’ve heard me say “Always Be Investing” before – that’s what I do. I make sure to always budget out and add new money into the markets on a regular basis. It’s a monthly obligation for me, just like any other expense I have. I’m putting new money into new positions or adding to existing positions at least once a month (NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE THINKS THE MARKETS ARE ABOUT TO DO). You can tell me the markets are 100% going to crash in a week, and that won’t deter me from buying, as long as I like what the company is about long-term. And then I put the cherry on top by compounding my profits. What exactly does that mean? I make sure to keep my profits invested in the markets. If you think it’s time to sell and take profits on a certain company, that’s perfectly ok! But there’s a difference between selling and taking profits to your bank account and selling to reinvest profits. By reinvesting my profits, I’m increasing my basis, which means I’m now much more invested in the markets. That’s how you start an avalanche affect of making money on money. Get it! This is ultimately the quickest way to creating wealth and generational wealth! |

Payment juggernauts Visa ($V) and Mastercard ($MA) go head to head this week. Both are compounding businesses with dividends and valuation rapidly growing in tandem. Vote for your favorite in the comments . ▪Visa and Mastercard are growing businesses, with some lackluster dividends at face value. Their business model shines through its profitability. At 48% and 42% Profit margins Visa and MA profit 48cents and 42cents for every dollar in revenue. This is the dream. . ▪Both sport solid balance sheets, however, $V seems to be a touch more fortified. Both the companies are growing their dividend at roughly 19% CAGR which can grow into a healthy yield on cost over time. . ▪Visa has a more established robust business, but MA is nipping at the heels. Visa operates more in North America whereas Mastercard is more internationally. Which one of these two stocks makes it into your portfolio if you can only choose ONE |

Taxes can be confusing! Here’s a guide on how & when stock capital gains are taxed. Stocks owned for less than one year are considered “short term capital gains” when they are sold for a profit. Short term capital gains are taxed as ordinary income based on your current tax filing status and income bracket. Picture these gains being added onto your paycheck from your employer...they are taxed at the exact same rates. Stocks owned for one year or more are considered “long term capital gains” when they are sold for a profit. Long term capital gains have their own bracket and are taxed at favorable rates. The lower tax rates encourage longer term investing. The long term capital gains rates in the table in this post reflect tax filers with “Single” status and “Married Filing Jointly”.

hischoice:Yes you are entitled to bonuses & dividend, but who is their broker in Nigeria? Did you register as an individual or custodian account? In the case of trove, their broker is ARM securities and if you registered as a custodian, your dividend is paid directly to your wallet/account. Good morning. |

*Key Areas of Todays Meeting.* People suggested to the MD that the 10% should not be charged for those who wish to terminate their contracts considering the fact that they also faultered on their own part of the agreement. MD didnt give a straight reply to that. MD assured people of the safety of their funds. The management talks about working with or partnering a Microfinance bank soon The MD talked about making ID cards available for Contributors to enable them have more benefits of BARA products and services. MD talked about having an online system/wallet to enable people invest online. Some people were worried about this and adviced that the process should not affect the smooth running of the business. MD also informed that some contributors are blacklisted and will be given back their money and will never have anything to do with BARA because of the how they reacted or confronted the business during the challenging times. MD also informed that those who went for 6 months and 1 year contract can choose to change their plan to 2 years to be on the 10% plan. He also informed that it takes a minimum of 35 days to get back capital when you terminate but never gets to 2 months. He also informed that many people wanted to initially terminate when they got informed about the BOC reduction but later changed their minds after reassurance. He assured of a smooth sailing business henceforth and prompt payments of BOC. He also stated that meetings like this will take place from time to time in order to listen to contributors reviews and suggestions. These are a few I can remember for now. I was also late to the meeting so probably missed a few things. You have FREE coin waiting for you! Register with the link and get $200 https://accounts.binance.cc/en/register?ref=71948646 |
