CrimeSerial Killer Who Kills Women And Have Sex With Their Corpse Arrested In Ebonyi by Yeahreen(op): 4:38pm On Aug 11, 2014
Chukwuma as he is simply known, is just twenty years old and he is a serial killer. He allegedly specialises in murdering women and subsequently, having sex with their dead bodies. The killer who resides in Ebonyi State, is a painter and has been arrested by the police.
He was caught when the police set him up with a young girl on a farm pathway. It was the spot where he normally ambushed women who either were going to or coming back from the farm.
Mr. Chris Anyanwu, the state Police Public Relations Officer said Chukwuma was in the habit of attacking women on deserted bush paths where he would then  strangle them and afterwards, have sex with their dead bodies.
Mr Chris Anyanwu added that they got information that already murdered three women in the same manner.
On July 15, he ambushed one Anyigor who went farming at a place called Okwulike. Shortly after he strangled her, he had sex with her corpse and took N8,500, which he found on her.
Chukwuma confessed that he used the money to buy a Nokia phone and spent what was left of it on the popular local gin called ‘kaikai’.
A week later, he ambushed another woman, Mrs. Helen, aged 54, who went to Egiagu village to farm. Her corspe was discovered by a search party along the lonely farm path.
Following an interrogation, Chukwuma confessed to the crimes, stating that it was done because the people in the community wouldn’t stop calling him a nickname ‘Sogbodo’, which he detested.
His fixation on dead bodies is not so much a new phenomenon as there are people who have a love for dead bodies. The strange behavior is called Necrophilia and as defined by Wikipedia, it is sexual attraction to corpses.

PoliticsI'm Not In Politics For Embezzlement — RMD Speaks by Yeahreen(op): 4:31pm On Aug 11, 2014
Nollywood actor and Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Delta state, Richard Mofe Damijo also known as RMD, has explained that political situation, when looked from the outside, is quite different from the inside.

According to the actor, people tend to believe that public office holders should cater for their problems, forgetting that they should be for everybody.

RMD explained that since he got his political appointment, he has lost many friends of his, especially those in Lagos, who believe he does not want to associate with them.

“From your swearing in, your people come to you and embrace you, even though they did not get you the job, you become their property, so your sense of responsibility changes immediately. You become automatically responsible for a whole lot of people, and making sure that, for instance, in the area of culture and tourism, you are able to formulate policies, keep it on track and ensure that there is enough impact in the lives of the people and on the economy of your state.

“So, that makes you a whole lot more responsible because you find that when anything is wrong back home, you are called upon. It also places a position of leadership upon your shoulders,” he narrated.

The actor further disclosed that, “For me, there was like a complete transfer of allegiance from Lagos State to Delta State, and friends that you left behind from where you have been all your life think that it is a position of glamour, where you come in, grab a lot of money and come back to Lagos and it’s party time every day.

“But I had to disappoint a whole lot of people and it alienated me from a lot of my friends because they couldn’t understand the transformation, from turning my back on living the life in Lagos State and just entirely focusing here in Delta.

“It took some time for me to educate all lot of them that I cannot carry stuff from Delta for us to be partying, I now have a responsibility towards the people of Delta and that is the core focus of my life from here on. It has also taught me that it is easy to be on the outside and criticise everything that you see going on in government, you need to get in and understand how bureaucracy is designed.”

PoliticsWhat Are Your Thoughts On Jonathan Abolishing The Age Limit For Presidency? by Yeahreen(op): 4:23pm On Aug 11, 2014
I hope you all are having a great afternoon. It has been an interesting day here at the BN office, but are we back to entertain and inform you.
So over the weekend, news broke that President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan made a case for the amendment of the nation’s constitution to abolish the age limit for individuals who aspire to be the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
And of course, he got a lot of backlash from dignitaries, political activists and a few citizens.
Currently, the constitution demands that for anyone to be the President of Nigeria, he/she has to be at least 40 years old.
The commander-in-chief says the age limit is a discrimination against Nigerian youths who have all it requires to rule the country. He said this at an international youth summit organised by the Nigerian Youth Professionals Forum at the ICC, Abuja.
“The youths have no limit in terms of number and capacity to lead this country to greatness. The only limit is that for youths to contest as President, they need to be 40.
If Gen. Yakubu Gowon was able to rule this country at 32, there is no reason why the youths should not be given the chance.
I think what the youth should do now is to come together, and I will support you, and take a bill to the National Assembly to amend some discriminatory provisions of the constitution in terms of age.”

do you think a man or a woman in his/her 30s should rule Nigeria? Is it a risk as most individuals in the young age range do not have what would be assumed as enough experience to rule?

Rufex07: Hosea 4:6... my people perish for lack of wisdom. Why do you visit hospital for treatments if you really have faith? My brother don't be deceived, use your reasoning faculty and wherever it leads you use faith to carry on. God will not come down from heaven to do things humanly possible for us. Had you ever reasoned why your pastors (General overseers) visit hospitals for treatment? Perhaps they should had used their faith to heal themselves. Prevention is better than cure!
