I believe he meant US immigration is faster with people who come in illegally and adjust status than people who wait in their country and go through the immigrant visa path. He didn’t mean immigrant visa path is illegal.

Hi… we’re also in the waiting line, but f2a. The last tome any f category was scheduled an interview was in October 2022 and they currently stopped at DQ Mrch 23rd 2020. The wait is really frustrating but what can one do? We’re looking forward to the President’s executive order for no interviews for f categories from April, even tho its an uncertainty. It still gives me hope.

And yes, I’ve also gotten my 16th 60days email

We’ve been getting the 60 days emails for a while. I bug the NVC every time but they push it on Lagos. Has anyone had an interview scheduled in this category? I would like to have an idea of what dates the embassy might be in the interview scheduling. Thank you.
