Understanding and how to relate with difficult customers?
In this customer relation journey, we must also understand that we have varying customer personalities and we must also know how to deal or relate effectively with them.

The Demanding or Aggressive Customer
This type of customer do not care about your explanations. They are impatient, rude and arrogant. Their attitude makes it impossible for them to listen to any other voice except theirs. The best way to handle a this type of client is to calmly apologize and promise to resolve the issue if they calm down tells you exactly how you can help.
Do not ever join a bully in a shouting match or try to match her aggression. Respond politely to them without raising your voice and never take their insults and criticisms personally.

The Complainer Confused/ Indecisive Customer
A confused customer is one of the more unique hurdles you'll face in the Fashion business because the nature of the communication could go either way. They may get more frustrated with arrays of styles and models to choose from, or you in turn may get mad at what you perceive to be dense behavior on their part.
How do handle a confused customer
Tell them you appreciate their straightness with you and that they have a right to be angry. Tell them you will do your best to help out in making a choice

The know it all customer
A Know It All customer is someone who behaves as if they know everything, and constantly presents their input as though they were professionally trained or have firsthand insight into subjects when it is evident that is not the case.
How do you handle know it all customer?
The best way to deal with a know-it-all customers is to smile, be friendly, courteous, and listen without interrupting. If you let them talk long enough, you may find they are interested in a solution that matches their image of a well-educated buyer, which, after all, could be toward the higher end. Thank you

FashionBasic Customer's Needs by Yemicious(op): 10:28am On Sep 14, 2021
On the customer relationship journey we must understand that each customer is unique and has varying experience and personality. To get the best from your customer you need to first study their personality then come up with best way to relate with them. However all customers have at least three of the under listed service delivery expectation;
1. Price
Most customers are really concerned about price. They want to be sure your goods are not too pricey that is your price must be competitive. Are they getting the best deal? Is the product is of high quality or value for the price you offer.
Price is a big deal in this journey if you want to retain and get more customers. Does it mean you should price yourself low? No. just make sure you are competitive and you give value for money spent on your product.
Think about where you can offer price advantages for customers. For example, you could offer a discount on a product bundle or for orders above a certain amount of money.

2. Reliability & Sustainability
People need to trust that the product they’re getting will last. They need to rely on its ability to function properly for a reasonable amount of time.

3. Risk Reduction
Even if your products are super reliable, people still want to know they’re not at risk of losing their money or time. It is very important to ensure 100% guaranty on your product. This will allay the fears of your customers that they are not at risk by buying from you.

4. Transparency
People needs to be informed of what makes up your product. Tell them upfront it should be part of the package. Don’t hide anything from them. Hiding information about your product from your customer is a No.

5. Information
Another important customer need has to do with information. Whether you sell physical products like clothes or you make dress or accessories please be available for question and also be open to corrections.

7. Empathy & Friendliness
When it comes to customer service, people need to feel that a brand understands and cares about them. Some people are actually willing to pay more for people that offer excellent customer service be friendly with your customers, respond to their comments on your post, and celebrate them on your status. This goes deep

In my next post i will be sharing customer satisfaction benefits. Thank you for reading. i remain your humble guide in Customer Relation in fashion Business.

A customer is a person who buys goods or services from a shop or business. A customer is a person or company that receives, consumes or buys a product or service.
A customer may or may not be the final consumer that is they may also be a client or supplier to someone or people.

• Internal customer are the customers that are directly connected to your business that is the stakeholders and your employees

This two customers are the bedrock of your business. They actually dictate how high and far your business will grow. It is therefore very important that you take absolute interest in both.

Your customers both the internal and external are so important that without them there won’t be any sales for your business.
