I will ever forgive this woman.The USA government had an Intel report of the Rwanda genocide before it happened but Abright viewed Rwanda as an interlocked country with no benefit or American interest and therefore decided not to intervention.Her actions led to the perishing of over 1,000,000 of T utsi by the Hutus,the greatest and bloodiest massacre in Africa. I wouldn't blame Putin.It happened in Cuba back in the 60s when the Russians mounted missiles in Cuba directly opposite USA,JFK Kennedy then USA president made a naval blockage of cuba with rings of ships forcing the Russians to dismount the missiles. The bay of pigs was also part of the problem. I don't know if America will feel comfortable if the Russians are conducting military exercise in Mexico. |
