Why am asking is because my wife won d lottery and we went for the interview ystdy and she was asked to produce her pay slips while she was in d US cause shr was there 2 yrs ago and her social security number though our pasports were collrcted and we were resheduled for another interview next week

Where dey not just suppose to give us d visa collection form and why d reshedule but smone said if dey wont give u the visa den dey wont collect ur passports is dat true ?

If your case number starts with 2013AF, it is too late and you can't be interviewed. We are now interviewing people whose case numbers start with 2014AF.

Also, due to our extremely high caseload, we are not able to reschedule any DV appointments. People must honor their original appointment dates. (IF KCC changed your date, that's fine, but once they've told us what your date is and sent us your paperwork, no further changes are permitted.)

Cause am a DV lottery winner for 2013 and my interview date is slatted for 28 of October dis yr does it mean I won't be interviewed ? And pls I would want to knw cause I was denied twice in February wen I applied to study in d US which I already declared in my form hope it doesn't pose any danger to my chances just being honest . So on one hand you say that you already had a Diversity Visa, but it was stolen; and on the other hand you say that your interview for the Diversity Visa is on October 28?

If you already had a DV and it was stolen, it is now too late for us to replace it. We cannot print any visas for the 2013 season after September 30, 2013. That's why I asked you to contact us right away.

I hope I'm not understanding you and that you're actually a 2014 winner with an interview date coming up?

If so, don't worry about your previous denials; we're only interested in whether you qualify for a Diversity Visa, not in whether we thought you qualified (or not) for earlier student visas.
