I first asked for an update on September 28 by 11:19am - I'm getting the update after I asked again on October 03. During the days inbetween you chose not to respond but you've been active on your nairaland page. How I understand logistics is YOU should be providing an update not me hounding you for one. I still have the whatsapp trail as evidence.

Improve on your business communication - it's not so much about responding when you feel like.

Believe me, you have no reason for saying I'm not responding

Before you place order, I made it clear numbers of days it will take for goods to reach Nigeria! Has the days elapsed? I notified you the day your goods leaves China or not?

The point is,I've not wronged you in anyway!

And saying am not responding on WhatsApp or answering your queries is an accusation that doesn't holds any water.

I won't drag this matter further to avoid derailing the thread

But please next time, don't just accuse someone falsely just that you wanna contribute to a topic & reply a nairalander post

Yes, they sometimes if not most time gives you price higher than what you see on the website

The major reason is because what you are seeing is for bulk purchase & they regard small orders as samples

You can always discuss the price with supplier & bring the price down to what will favour you

If the seller failed to agree to what favours you, move gently to another supplier of same product

You are Maduabuchi & I wonder reason behind this complaint even after you know that your goods is not due for delivery

Even if you didn't get reply on whatsapp you can at least call before you pass your judgement

You paid for your order on 23rd and I placed your order same day few minutes after you paid, you goods got delivered to China warehouse within 48hours & I you are updated on each progress

How else do you want to be updated?

This is not a matter of trying to be defensive but stating facts

I replied your whatsapp message at exactly 12:10pm but replied your nairaland post here at exactly 12:56pm. I was attending to something else during the time you sent me WhatsApp message & image of what I was doing was on my status. Then I were busy updating my clients that their goods just arrived from USA, I checked each Item, snap & send pix to respective owners. Its still right there on my whatsapp status. Check the time I uploaded this image on my WhatsApp profile & compare with when I replied you

Heres my question for you sir;

We shipped last Friday or not?

How many days is normal air cargo as agreed?

Were you informed on each progress or not?

If my words on when you paid & we shipped your goods are false, kindly state it here sir

Critics is good because it makes someone becomes better but I dislike wrong accusation sir

At least respond to your whatsapp messages. It doesn't portray your business in good light that you are here still getting orders while some who have used your service are yet to receive the goods and you have failed to respond to messages.

No message was left unattended to & no clients was kept in the dark so please identify yourself

God bless you oh...I'm also looking for @yesloaded. I also don't enjoy poor communication. His whatsapp number not reachable but he keeps posting on Nairaland. I'm happy it's just testing the waters I did.

I have 4 clients from this thread, one has received his goods & remaining 3 yet to receive their goods

Here's remaining 3 clients & reasons;

KUSIMO: his goods is still in China due to China holiday of which he's aware. We ordered his goods from different seller, some were refunded which he replaced with other links & he got notified with 48hours if orders will be refunded because any order not shipped after 24hrs of placement, I always query seller to know what the problem is. We both communicate very well on phone & agreed to ship goods to Nigeria after Chinese holiday. I don't think this moniker was him

MADUABUCHI: He ordered from one seller. He paid on 23rd of September, his good got to China warehouse on 25th. I notified & we shipped out on 27th of September using normal air cargo & delivery to Nigeria is 7-10days. Today's makes it 6th day we shipped out & he's very much aware. I don't think you are him

TOCHI: we placed his order from one supplier, but his goods got to China warehouse a day before start of Chinese holiday, he's very much aware and agreed to ship goods to Nigeria after the holiday. I don't think he's the one that owns this moniker

Please who are you, kindly identify yourself let me know

If I'm guilty of the offence, I will gladly apologize

I don't keep clients in the dark because I always communicate with them on progress about their orders
