Most of the meds are taken once daily, with the exception of a few. Fertilsan M is 3 tablets daily before meal.

I took Pregnacare conception, i basically shop for meds online ( I'm not in Nigeria). You can check healthplus or medplus pharmacy. I shop on www.amazon.co.uk and www.iherb.com

It doesn't really matter. Here is the cycle that suggested my BFP.

There is a drop shortly before ovulation, and immediately followed by a spike, which suggested the release of an egg. Just ensure you chart your daily record. Once I get a surge with ovulation kit, I track release of an egg by temping.

Please, kindly attach the picture and the price of the BBT u were using to temp. I've been seeing many of them but don't know d one to go for.

I used the regular digital thermometer. The most important thing is to use the same thermometer everyday at nearly the same time (after a minimum of 3 hours sleep), and one that can express in two decimal numbers.

Btw, I did 2 ultrasound not too long ago, and the results shows that everything was fine. What could be the problem.

I would use myself as an example

We've been TTC for about a year, pelvic scan revealed no abnormality, but my blood test showed i had low level of haemoglobin. I do ovulate normally with regular cycle, but my menstrual flow was full of clots.

My husband also had a blood test which showed low level of oestrogen and high level of HBA1C.

We were both treated accordingly.

She didn't gave any explanation as to why she gave me the Clomid treatment. She only assured us that I will conceive after the treatment.

Honestly, I can't tell whether or not I ovulate properly. But I do chart often and I always observe the cervical mucus throughout my supposed fertile window. Aside the CM, I don't experience any other ovulation symptoms.

My cycle fluctuates btw 28, 29, 30.

Hubby has done Sperm analysis twice. The last one he did shows that his count was 56mil.

I would advise you see a doctor. Have a thorough investigation (Hormonal profile and pelvic scan) done. Also have your hubby to have his hormonal profile checked.

The danger of clomid outways its benefit. What it primarily does is that it stimulates the ovaries to produce egg (multiple eggs in most cases), if you ovulate normally, you absolutely have no business with clomid. Plus its been identified as a risk factor of ovarian cancer.

I really need advice from experienced mummies in the house. Cos I'm depressed right as AF showed this morning.

DH and I have been trying ttc for 14months now. After trying for the first 6months after marriage, we started seeking for help.

Our Nurse place me on Clomid. And one week after I missed my period, I tested positive. But two weeks, later, I had the heaviest flow of my life which lasted on and off for 3weeks.

She placed me on Clomid again and it wasn't successful.

Since then we have been going here and there for solutions. DH is already getting weary and I felt all alone.


Right now, I don't know what to do. Someone please tell me, what is the next step?

Why were you placed on clomid? Do you ovulate normally? Is your cycle regular? Have you and hubby had medical tests?

I got my first positive at 9 DPO.

P.S: Hubby had serious erectile dysfunction, low sperm count and poor motility while I had hormonal issues that affected my menstrual flow.

The hideout where the suspected fake drug is being illegally produced on No. 2, Okunnenye Street, Ikotun Egbe Area, Lagos State was raided on 13th December, 2018 by Operatives of the IGP Intelligence Response Team (IRT) led by the Commander of the Unit, DCP Abba Kyari where the following suspects, Emeka Madu aka Cabara 47yrs – the owner and leader of the gang operating the suspected fake drug Factory, Eze Young 26yrs, Chijoke Umunna 19yrs and Kingsley Obilo 22yrs were caught and arrested in the act of producing the suspected fake drug with the use of Machines fabricated for processing, manufacturing and packaging of the suspected fake drug. The above listed exhibits were recovered from their possession.

3. The suspects confessed to the crime and admitted to the various criminal roles they played in the processing, manufacturing and packaging of suspected fake drug.

4. Investigation is on-going and efforts being intensified to arrest the other suspects still at large. All suspects will be arraigned in court on completion of investigation.

It is positive but not peak. Test again in 6hours, it should be darker than that. After the peak result, you should ovulate within 12-36hours.

Hmmmm! This journey journey is not easy at all. I pray none of us would have heart attack before our blessings arrive.
AF arrived yestaday, so am presently on CD2. I've been really depressed since yesterday. DH is no longer happy though he tries to cover up. We've tried Orthodox and Herbal medications but all to no avail. DH has refused to rerun a test to know if there's any improvement on his own side as he was diagnosed of low sperm count, and low motility as at June this year. He has even refused to take any medication again. I'm just tired of everything. Tired of answering questions from my people and his people. My 3rd wedding anniversary will be on 2nd of Jan, 2019 but yet no kid to celebrate wt us. Alas! Is there no end to this? God, where are u? Are my sins unforgivable? Please, have mercy on me and all mamas still waiting upon you.

For your hubby, pls check jumia or konga for this medication 'fertilsan M by amitamin'. It ranked no 1 effective medication in the treatment of low sperm count, poor motility and morphology. It has veen researched to increase sperm count by 150%. On the top ten list, it ranked no 1 for two consecutive years, while wellman conception made number 10 with 40%/effectiveness.

Also get him pycnogenol and you both should commence spirulina. These two medications are herbal preparation widely used in Chinese medicine for fertility. You can get them either on jumia or konga.

I'm wondering why so much antibiotics and steroid? was there another test that confirmed infection? I want to believe 6/12/18 is within your menstrual period (maybe day 3). Are you getting a trigger shot? I wish you a smooth ride and baby dust.

This is called Anovulatory cycle (meaning you didn't ovulate this cycle). your progesterone level is low at the luteal phase (the test was probably done on cycle day 21). The goodnews is, every women of reproductive age experiences anovulatory cycle at least once or twice a year unknowingly. It is completely normal.

However, you would need a repeat test on your next cycle, preferable CD3 and CD21 to rule out underlying issues (I doubt there are any because your tubes are patent), If progesterone and estradiol still remain low at the luteal phase, then speak with your doctor for hormonal stimulation of the ovaries with the use of medication. You might be needing either Clomid or Letrozole, + or - iui.
