BlueRayDiick: They are both from diffrent parts of the world bro. In Nigeria politicians will come to you for endorsement and you will bill them while cashing out handsomely ; it doesn't mean u are broke.
Okocha does punditry like his fellow ex-footballers in Europe which I believe he draws reasonable income from.
He obviously has multiple streams of income in his retirement and he's not saying no to any politician that decides to flash cash in his direction. If you are expecting him to say no to such offers, it only means u are moving away from the argument of him being an astute businessman to him placing morality above his income. So basically any which way money can be made = astute businessman. Okay.. |

BlueRayDiick: Really? So a superstar getting paid to advertise for a brand that most likely paid him hundreds of millions means he is not "boxed up"?
Even Ronaldo Lima who was at one point the highest paid player in the world did adverts after retirement. Did Ronaldo start dabbling with politicians? |

He is a hustler...and avderts doesnt in any way, portray him as lacking financially.
No be real Madrid players I dey see for sporty bet adverte? Unless that advert is fake and done qithout their notice. Still your arguement is flawed and heavily based on emotions.
Why are big football clubs allowing betting companies to sponsor them..and even having the sport bet comp name crested boldly on their jersies?
Na your emotion dey talk bros. I hear you. |

BlueRayDiick: Good thing u said it is Ur opinion which makes it highly subjective and not necessarily factual. The number of people who die from alcohol/smoking related illnesses on an annual basis definitely far outnumber those who die from health complications that may arise from losing money to gambling.
Methinks u are mixing morality with a man trying to make more money by leveraging on his influence as a superstar We'll agree to disagree. I just don't reckon with him as much any longer cos his actions reek of desperation to make money any which way, didn't even know about the yahaya bello one till today. Anyway, it's his problem. |

samuelson06: The problem with studying one thing and ending up doing a totally different thing is that you'll hardly move up the career ladder in your chosen career because you don't have a background there. Banks intentionally exploit this loophole so they can keep their staff in one tiny spot—doing so much and earning little. I wouldn't advise anyone go this route. It's always limiting because your employer will always use that weakness to exploit you. This is SO not true. Ask the top bank MDs what they studied. Not just banks alone, even multinationals, ask the VPs what they studied and you will be shocked. With the exception of very few fields such as law, that statement is not accurate. |

BlueRayDick: Being frugal has nothing to do with making more money by taking advert/influencing sales for brands that approach him for endorsement na.
If his religious /personal beliefs doesn't prohibit gambling, I don't see any reason why he can't use his brand to advertise for bookies.
We have footballers who advertise for Alcoholic brands and cigarettes which can be argued to be as destructive as gambling. If nobody is having issues with those footballers promoting alcohol and cigarette then why should they have issues with gambling? I wouldn't put gambling in the same category as cigarettes and alcohol, it's far more destructive in my opinion, I mean even India had to ban gambling. For me, it just shows a desperation / need for money which shouldn't be there if he truly had serious pepper. |

BlueRayDick: I doubt Boniface and his friend Osimehn can emulate the frugality credited to Okocha in his playing days and even now that he's retired.
Boniface and his friend seem to be about the social media life , gifting their "fans" at random, paying influencers and sponsoring trips of their influencer friends to stay relevant in the social media space, etc. Whether the aggregate of these social spendings will have a significant impact on their purse in the long run; only time will tell. If he was so frugal, I wonder why he's had to resort to advertising for betting companies. He made his money from hard work and making use of his talents, but is promoting a destructive act like betting to the youths just for the monetary gains. |

I have a friend who relocated to Canada like a year plus or 2 now, he was first on government payment for like 6 months before securing a job
One AI generated video about unemployment in UK. They asked the guy about the unemployment in the country, his response was the immigrants are taking our jobs, then the presenter asked him,
What qualifications do you have to secured a decent job
His response: The immigrants are taking that too
That was really very funny So the agent could achieve all this and he didn't go himself. Kontinu with the c and bull stories. |

That school was the premier of schools back then.. comparable to A-Hal etc This woman spills falsehoods to portray Nigeria in a bad light You're right, she finished from ISL 96 set but she didn't start there - she joined in SS1 after attending the Sagamu boarding school JS1-3. I suspect she must have had some traumatic experiences at that school for her parents to have decided to change her school midway. She needs to see a therapist and heal, so Nigeria can rest from her mouth. |
