understanding economics and how money market works can make you make some percentage of interest even from your colleagues and work place.

for instance, my co-workers are into this yearly contribution or something, they ask me to join and i said i will only join if they keep all the money with me as treasurer. beinf that they trust me, they all decided to contribute money to me monthly. since i know that the money are contributed to me and its till december they will collect all contribution, i decided to invest our contributuon monthly in money market that is guarantee and safe earning close to 20% on investment on money market fund. Thats how commercial banks pay peanut of 5% to customers and pocket 15% in interest

Wouldn't the fair thing be to give them part of that returns the money is earning?

I have never met this man but I feel so grieving since I heard the news of his transition. I reflect on so many things:
1. He served his country for the most useful part of his years on earth
2. He achieved everything he wanted to achieve in his career but his career was cut short before his reign expired
3. Life is transitory and we must strive to live well
4. A big vacuum is left in his family and I wonder how they are feeling now

And other questions cross my mind that are so hard to understand.

He was a gentle soldier from afar, who was not very engaged with the public probably due to his ill health, however, on a few occasions he addressed pressing national issues, and one could see the passion and desire to change some of the ills in our society, especially in his constituency – the Nigerian Army.

May his gentle soul find eternal rest.

And my heartfelt condolences to his immediate , extended family, the Nigeria Army and the entire military
