Music/RadioRe: West African Idols: Season 1 (2007) by Yimsfred(m): 11:50pm On May 27, 2007
It would not have mattered to me whether Timi or Omawunmi wins. What matters to me is that the two best made it to the final. That Temitayo of a girl ain't shit, yet she's got the Orphanage money pushing her all the way. More so, Jeremi abi wetin be that her name self, dey use sympathy plus one yeye ass fluke am go.

I was glad when the two best where left. But, I was much more happier when my favourite wins.

At a phase, it was not and did not seem fair but at last, the right winner emerges.

UP TIMI

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Yimsfred(m): 11:10pm On Apr 28, 2007
My brother who happened to be Anti-Arsenal phone to tell me MAN U's dead and the match would soon be over. I rushed home but some people were so engrossed with African Magic that I could not tell them to change the channel. I therefore resorted to use www.livescore.com which I got from a forum on www.geniusminds.com
I checked and it was 2-2 just as it was same for Chelsea and Bolton, then, I put on a smile because Chelsea's the only threat and that means we're on the same level. I decided to watch little of the African magic. Within 3 minutes, I told my cousin to refresh the livescore page, that MAN U must have score. She did and it was as expected (that's the kind of team I want to support. lol) "It must have been Rooney" I said with little doubts that it could have been C-Ronaldo, she checked the scores details and it was really Rooney. Few minutes after that my cousin yelled "It's 4-2". Then, I smiled and was anxiously waiting for my Anti-Arsenal brother to return home.

Advice to all beefers:

wink GET USED TO SEEING MAN U DOMINATE  wink

TravelRe: Your First Day On A Plane by Yimsfred(m): 1:22am On Feb 16, 2007
My first flight was from Lagos to Abuja on December 21, 2006 and I must confess it's amazing.
I've been anxious, and during the flight, I was smiling within throughout with the thought:
"HOW CREATIVE COULD MEN BE? FLYING IN MAN-MADE-BIRD AT LAST"
I noticed how the lights (it was a night flight) faded out and how insects (probably cars) with two bright eyes (headlamps) were moving slowly. And for about 40 minutes, it was total darkness outside except for the light from the wing of the plane.

www.poetry.com is real.
I've won several times and recently got published in the International Who is Who in Poetry. Just that when such awards come, they charge as much as 50 dollars per copy of the book. I also got a lapel.
It's however not possible for everyone to win as peots are randomly selected by experts

rikkyjen:
Exactly my sentiment! Tunde Kelani's movies could be controversial and fictional at times. Its obvious you are basing your Judgement on a mere film. Any village idiot can make a film about anything. Its so hilarious that a mere film based on a Fictional book by Akinwunmi isola could lead to people having warped judgements and myopic thoughts!
Here we go again. PEOPLE DO NOT JUST WANT TO BELIEVE SOME FACTS, all in the name of MODERNIZATION and the sugar-coated education. They are called MYTHs, but this is REAL. I think most you guys must be some Nigerians brainwashed by WHITE FOOLS. If you can believe EPILEPSY, why can't you be research-oriented, and not just shutting your brains to amazing occurences. Or, is it because the white folks have not got 'ENGLISH WORD' for it?
If you have elders who have knowledge of such traditional things. ASK and you will unveil so much fact.
There are places where this thing is rampant. I heard about desperate fathers who decided to put it on their daugthers because they heard some immigrants are having advantage of the innocent dullants. And it was a disaster. This happened in Sagamu barely 3 years ago. IGNORANCE IS A DISEASE.
