Awwwwwwww,
He is a good one.

All of us @MANNABBQGRlLLS wish him all the very best for the future.

Now,
Who's next ?!

We have 3 candidates.

Emmanuel Amunike.
Finding George.
Sunday Oliseh
From random sources
Sunday Oliseh should not be in the conversation because of poor man management skills
They say he’s very arrogant & not that good

Can never be April first oooo

The FIFA Window starts April 1st…. The real date picked for the match will be made public once they finalize it.
I saw date on front page so I thought it was set already

Zambia scored in 96’ minute to go through

Fans or No Fans the Falcons are Capable… The game should be fixed in a way that they would have time to train at least 3 times before the first leg… Maybe 5th. At least they can train 2nd, 3rd and 4th.
It’s already been set for April 1st I think

Sweden 🇸🇪 can’t do Nigeria anything, they always struggle against us. We know each other very well especially when Sweden used to be the home of our Foreign Based Players then.. is either we draw or they manage to escape with 1nil win..
That’s how England managed to get passed us in the World Cup lol
I think Sweden are a very good side
South Africa has probably had our number since 2018 that’s why I worry.
If it’s gonna be in Abuja we need the stadium to be at least 50%

Would’ve been nice to squeeze a friendly in before they play South Africa

Politics / Re: What A Kwara Girl Told Me About Yorubas In Illorin Yesterday. by yinkeys(m): 3:59pm On Feb 28
Dsimmer:

Ilorin just as the name depict is a Yoruba name, a Yoruba land of Yoruba people.

Hausa are the ones called Gambari by Yoruba. That's why Yoruba says "ti gambari ati Fulani ba n ja, ko sejo ni be". So Yoruba always knew Gambari (Hausa) and Fulani were different!

High time Ilorin had an Oba. The cultural Kings are the custodians of african cultures which is needed in ilorin as a matter of fact. That was what Afoonja, the ruler of ilorin represented. That's not the position of an emir. I don't even see the purpose of an emir because there are Mosques and Churches where these supposed foreign religion should take place. But when it comes to an african ruler, it should be upholding the african culture.
I thought there was an agreement between the Yorubas in Ilorin
and Fulanis/Hausas to help defend their lands against the throne in Ife. That’s why an emir is there and not a Yoruba king

A smooth level field will allow the South Africans play their passing game.
They should play in Abuja, where the SuperFalcons know how to play on the field and could be to our advantage
I agree but Falcons need fans support
The stadium should be at least 50%
It was a poor turn out in Abuja
Falcons struggled in the dying minutes of the game against Cameroon

To me Spain is going to rule the World for a while with the way they’re playing right now…. Even without Alexia they’re still very very formidable.

It seems Aitana was under the cover of Alexia all this while, Since Alexia Injury Aitana have carried Barca and Spain 🇪🇸
Sweden, Netherlands, Japan & England are good too
I wish Falcons can play Sweden to size up and see if they could hold their own.
Technically sound team
Spain have everything though

It's confirmed!!!

Nigeria Super Falcons will face South Africa in April in the final qualifying round of the Paris 2024 Olympic games.

South Africa beat Tanzania today 1-0 (Aggregate 4-0).

First leg will take place in Abuja, Nigeria while the second leg will take place in South Africa.
Abuja stadium is just too big and the fans support won’t be really felt like if it was in onikan stadium
I guess NFF doesn’t want fans to cheer falcons and boo Bafana Bafana.
Abuja stadium wasn’t up to 30% filled

Africans commit crimes and claim to be Nigerians. That’s also been going on for years.
Any little thing, it’s the Nigerians that did it

Meeeennnnnn SPAIN 🇪🇸 da ball Abeg.. Tactically, Technically and Athleticism Spain is there… I don’t think Physicality of any opponent can cause them much threat.

Aitana is a Cheat Code.. To me Mariona is the most underrated Player in the World as far as the Women’s game is Concerned😟

Sports / Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by yinkeys(m): 7:11pm On Feb 26
Esther Okoronkwo should be the starting number 9. She has an eye for goals, slow but decent timing
She scored away and home against Cameroon but one was canceled
They better get to camp early and clean up their mess because Bafana Bafana are no joke
They are the best team in Africa at the moment
And I believe first game will be played in Nigeria
While second in South Africa. Hopefully we get to win 2 - 0 first leg but that’s gonna be really tough
Change the venue, Abuja pitch is bad
Uyo or the pitch on Lagos island would be better
Let’s have the play closer to Nigerian fans so they can boo bafana Bafana

You are right. Was watching Hawks v Magic before but the play was annoying to watch, missing easy basket and coach calling sub players like it's an ncaa game.
Finally, an honest basketball fan who agrees with me
Sometimes I wonder how basketballers make so much money in the millions when the views globally aren’t crazy high
NFL, NBA, Baseball don’t have crazy high viewership I believe
It’s funny when I hear Americans compare super bowl to champions league final or fifa world cup

You guys in Nigeria that stay up all night watching sometimes boring NBA
It can be boring, they sometimes go on commercial breaks while the game is on.
I tried to keep up for years and stopped deceiving myself.
The game isn’t as interesting
Sometimes the games in the fiba World Cup or Olympics can be more entertaining because something is on the line grin
I doze off watching some nba games
Can’t say that for hockey, football, mma, volleyball, water polo, handball or tennis
