Family / Re: My 13 Years Old Has Become Terrible! I Want To Send Her Back To Nigeria by yinkeys(m): 2:20pm On Feb 24
Mrperfecto:
I will just be brief without writing too much.

We are based we have 4 children, my first child is 13 from my previous relationship, she has become very terrible, she doesn't listen to me or my wife. She tells her that she is not her biological mother and she cannot control her. She had threatened to call the police on my wife telling her if she touch her she will fight her back and call the police. She goes to school and closes at 3.45 her school is 10 mins walk from home, but she is always late for home.

She comes home around 6 sometimes 7pm , as I am writing now every friday she closes at 12.30 but she is still hasn't come back home yet.

I am on my way to work. I start at 6.30pm till 2.30am so I rarely get to see her and she only misbehaving when I am not around. So far we have seized her phone because we had found so many inappropriate messages exchanges between her and boys. We had also removed the TV from her room and her behaviour has gotten worse. She is behaving like she's possessed.

My wife and I are fed up. Even her siblings are tired of her. We want to send her back to Nigeria maybe in a boarding school until she is 18 in order to protect her younger ones. If we keep her and she continues with her terrible behaviour I may beat her badly and we may end up loosing all 4 children to the authorities.

Please what advice will you give to me concerning this issue?
Not advisable to raise high school kids overseas
Primary & University education is okay

Cameroon remains the most Physical team in Africa Women Football..! Followed by the Ivorians🇨🇮 and Senegal🇸🇳.. The likes of Nigeria, Ghana, Zambia, E/Guinea and South Africa follows.
The most technical right now are probably the South Africans
I hope we handle business with them in the next round

South Africa are not joking o
They won 3 nil
Don’t know why I’m scared of the South Africans. They pass the ball around so well and can keep possession
Nigeria should’ve won 1 nil though
CAF needs to hold their referees accountable
Press conference for referees to defend some of their decisions should be a new rule

Remember that Ashleigh is originally a centre-back.

The thing is that Ohale is the most experienced (and reliable) in the defence and that's why she must always start, but there are other options.
Come on now. You can’t compare or mention Ashleigh to Ohale. Ashleigh on the run gets beaten way too easily by African girls on the flanks
Ohale is rock solid and the most important defender in the team
Even Demehin doesn’t come close

That was a straightforward pass actually
Nothing special about it
Another striker might have lost that ball or be bullied off by the defender
Kudos to Osimhen for that sharp turn, holding off the defender and scoring
Osimhen did all the work
The pass wasn't special
Free kick
Go watch it again from another angle
If it was Afcon that would have been ruled out

BREAKING NEWS -------Will you agree with me that NFF needs to go into action in search of creative Midfielders.

Otherwise, Super Eagles might not benefit from Osimhen's talent and abilities to finish when the passes are regularly supplied.🇳🇬

Osimhen is a world class player, all we need is a creative midfielder for supereagle and Osimhen would deliver countless goals
So they can’t find 2 creative ballers in NPFL ?

What of a man broke and single at 40?

She has a strong point

Our time is limited in this life and we should make productive use of them.

If as a lady you are single at 30, you must be financially stable via good career, business or skill. We have alot of ladies doing hook up at over 30 hmmm.

As a man if you are single at 40 and broke you have also not been productive with your life. I can understand if you are 40 and financially okay with good assets, business or career but not otherwise.

Time is a limited resources make productive use of your time
I think we all can agree with this post
A man Past 40, it just becomes your lifestyle
Women won’t see your potential anymore

One dollar equals more than 1,800 naira while the pounds is about 2,300 naira .
The rise in foreign currency against the naira is having a ripple effect on the economy as the cost of living is now very high for the common man.
Salary still remains stagnant with high cost of fuel with middle class citizens abandoning their cars at home.
How did we get here.
At this rate I think we should go back to trade by barter and start afresh as the Government of the day seems confused about their economic policies.
Just my take.

Outside of the big 5 European teams, Porto are one of the best in Europe alongside Ajax...
Porto is the club where the big boys go to sign players... Fulham aren't a big team... Many players have left Porto and signed for clubs bigger than Fulham

That’s why I said “need an understudy”.

Ekong isn’t getting as much game time at the club as we’d want. Good to have some younger talent in the pipeline for when he steps down.
He was getting game time just before the Afcon
Remember he plays in Greece & his team plays in the Europa conference league

Ekong will need to be replaced / need an understudy by the next AFCON.

Our current squad now has the experience of playing an AFCON tourney and an AFCON final.

We need to start embedding in the next generation especially in key roles like CM and CB
Ekong ain’t going anywhere till summer 2026
You mean player of the tournament of the recently concluded Afcon who made only one error throughout.

Some of my general observations on our Naija players around the world.

1. Chukwueze has been poor at Milan so far, facts. He hasn't been able to displace Pulisic from the RW even when Pulisic’s preferred position is on the left. Even in yesterday’s game where Chuks started, he was pulled at HT and his replacement, Pulisic, came on to score one goal and assist another. That is not a good look.

2. We need all our players to feel their spots are always in contention. No one should feel they have a guaranteed spot on the team. You may be first choice but if you don’t perform after a while, there should be new blood coming in.

The good thing is that he’s got it in him
The talent is there
I believe if he works hard enough and watch clips of a ton of left footers who solidified their spot on the RW and how they execute passes, runs, crosses and shots from that position he’d start firing.
It’s not usually easy for some left footers to make good decisions from that wing.
Arjen Robben, Mo Salah & Bukayo Saka always found ways to score from there

His stats are poor this season
How many goals and assists, season already in the final third
Not even an assist in the Afcon

Hyper inflation
Governments all over the world even USA subsidizes one thing or the other for their citizens
What are Nigerians enjoying from her government
Nothing at all
Strange the country has oil & is still importing it or it’s products
