My Sister who is Currently 23, Served in Lagos in a big manufacturing company during her NYSC days

Fast forward to 2025 this year, i have personally applied for jobs for her and somehow we got Lucky.

Coca-Cola NBC needed someone to take records of their Inventory/Fleets and manage logistics at HBC or NBC ikeja plant

Now I'm not sure of the salary but i am aware its about 150-200k, but i dont know how it will be like after a few years if they will review the Salary and how her career trajectory would look like because she studied mechanical Engineering

Months ago, Coca-Cola Graduate Trainee / Technical Trainee Application Came Out and she Also Applied and She has gotten the two Jobs

The trainee Role gives 6months hands on / Technical Expertise into their Plant at Ikeja NBC and she was told after 6 months, since she's A Mechanical Engineer they will structure her and set her Up for Machine Operator Role

I dont know the current Salary of the Graduate Trainee Role but the One for the warehouse is roughly Around 200k

Now she's confused because she doesn't Know the Pay for the Machine operator After the 6months nor the Current Pay for Coca-Cola Technical Trainee role for the 6 months Program

Graduate trainee is better because she gets hands-on experience and it would be useful even if she is to move to another company. Don't let her loose that opportunity
