I've never really understood why people care so much about share count when comparing valuation across firms. It's utterly meaningless on its own.

Value is value whether you syndicate it with 1,000 shares or 1 billion shares. Surely investors can do the simple arithmetic.

I said looking at the OS alone.....and you mentioned % ownership, of which I said it's true and that of BUACEM could be a subject of manipulations.... possibly, so what's the ommision here now? 🙄

** Note l: I didn't say it's manipulations but "could be", i.e. manipulations is possible.

I learnt few stock brokers allow Orders to be placed a day before......don't know how true it is..
With the new Rule, Premarket is 9.00am to 9.25am, you can place it by then.

Please house I placed a bid to sell my UBA shares by exactly 10am this morning. but when I opened the sell order it is showing executing but below there is a message showing “(308) minimum prize step 0.05 step”?

When you opened the Sell Order, it can't be showing executing because, firstly, you placed at 10.00am while Premarket starts at 9.00am.....meaning, lots of offers/sales has lined up before you come to the market...

2ndly, you placed offer at wrong price.....meaning, if placing bid or offer for any stock above N10, you should place the bid in 0.05 steps....
Example: If you placed bid for ACCESS @28.24 it won't go thru.....
The "Par Value" movement is in 0.05.....e.g. 28.20, 28.25, 28.30......31.40, 31.45, 31.50.....etc.

When STANBIC declared below expectation dividend, it was punished for one or two days, stabilize, then started moving up again.
