I was referring to an insider who kept moving 90k units and crashing the price in the process.......and thus making investors to lack faith in the stock.

It's obviously NOT a case of demand and supply BUT insider's continuous activities, maybe because he has huge volumes and crossing it while those picking kept bidding it down...
This in turn is affecting investors confidence.

If at all, he wants to cross, he should be crossing it up or, at least be balancing it.
* We've seen such scenario in a number of stocks and they're rather building confidence and making shareholders smile..
E g. Vita foam, etc. 😃

Better still, he could easily find a buyer and sell/cross enblock to.

If AVA cannot put the affairs of her house in order, then they're better operating as a private company.

NGX needs to develop some rules against these dealings and also amend Rules to protect the public where necessary.

The listing price was over valued and many analyst stated it here from the word go..

I think people need to be doing their due diligence before rushing to buy any thing dumped on the floor for people to buy, especially in a clime like ours where a lot happens without any repercussions.

After 2007 Banks IPO, i told my self I will never buy any IPO again, even if Jesus Christ is the one Issuer...

I will always wait for at least 2 quarters and see the results and also allow the stock go through one bear season...

Ok. Looking at what they're into and the little financial info available, one can easily say they'll do well with good management.

Now, my main concern is the non reporting of who's selling and who is crossing to who!
If we understood for those that have been listed since inception, then we can't bring ourselves to understand with the newly listed!

We demanded transparency in their dealings at least.
I hope SEC will investigate into this and come out clean on it.

It's not today people have been pointing fingers at SEC for the need to sit up and do what's right for investors.

If AVA CAPITAL is not ready to come public, no be by force, let them move themselves back to privacy 🔏

This has been happening everyday without any tangible explanations for it....
Even if it's one WhatsApp platform that's downgrading the stock and causing panic sales in the Market, the regulators ought not to fold arms and watch investors money draining daily!!

I think SEC needs to investigate into what's going on, if they're truthful about protecting investors and sanction any culprits involved!

The fact that they're newly listed is enough to keep supporting the share price until there's stability in the market.....
I hope they're not out to scam people!

Yesterday 12th was Final Qualification Date..
Today us the markdown date (Ex-Dividend Date).
Anyone that picks today will not qualify for the dividend.

I was just typing off hand without cross checking again.

UCAP is technically 18x3=N54
It was discussed extensively here last year.

Meanwhile, with current situation of things in the market, it will be better if SEC can suspend the new Rule or device better ways of handling it in order not to erode people's profits.

This type of Rule is better implemented when there's stability in the market...

The 100k rule has its advantages in downtime periods like this....
It's sustaining the large and medium Caps.

My 50 cent advice to the regulators....🤔

For those that participated and qualified for last year bonus 2:1 bonus issue, it's N36+18.

* In the case of VFD too, there was bonus issue of 4:1, then 5:1 in 2024 and 2025 (if I remembered well now)
That was what brought VFD to current price + the RI done at ridiculously low price of N10.
VFD is also good for long termer.

* UCAP didn't arrive at current position just like that too......we know how it worked it thru over years.

Anyway, let's leave it as it is for now...
I don't want to talk about AVA again......
..but you as a long termer will benefit from it if interested in such and picked at current low price....
Market won't be down forever and the present seller didn't have unlimited volume..

The company did shares reconstruction of 4 to 1. Divide what you have by 4. You might be at a loss.

It depends on how much he/she bought it.
If picked @20kobo or even 50kobo, then s/he's still in profit even at N3..

Have you bothered to go thru the financial reports?

We sometimes forget that a price can't just be fixed without the regulators involving the expert valuers and advisers to determine the price when listing by introduction, and also the financial health of the company is put into consideration.

AVACAP was just listed when the market was down, thus having this also rubbed on the share price.

This stock will still do 15+ at the right time....
When is what I don't know.

That was how the NGXGROUP they're now celebrating was badmouthed so much here....
Even when Currentprice gave the fair value as N28 and was selling at 17/18, na so Dem dey argue and laugh this stock that time....
Today, they're queuing up to buy at 135/140....

After putting the sales order i keep receiving this feedback (43): seller account has insufficient balance to sell. I use Morgan itrade platform. There was reconstruction in ratio 1:4
We've mentioned this here when it happened; when suspension was placed and when suspension was lifted.

For instance if you have 10k units...
After reconstruction, it becomes 10,000 ÷ 4 =2,500 units.

* Mind you, the share price was also multiplied by 4
* So, you lost nothing.......except for the fact that the share price fell after reconstruction.

An insider is bent on crashing the share price........ he's been moving series of 90k units and other numbers

For what purpose exactly?
Accumulations or intentions to crash the price so as to come and pack cheaply or someone is selling to participate in Dangote Refinery?
The person is behind curtains and not on queue because the queue isn't/wasn't changing significantly, and this has been happening since last Friday or thereabout....
* The activities are also noticeable in some other stocks

NGX needs to sit up, roll their sleeves and investigate these guys........before the new Rule commences...

* I'm actually wondering how they're going to monitor and control these guys activities, especially now that the crypto/gambler guys have shifted their attention to NGX..🤔

* As earlier said, medium to long termer needs not fret.
It's insider activities and we can never know what's informing their decisions until they turn back to start packing it again.
