A friend of mine had 500K units of Transcorp (pre-reconstruction), and after the reconstruction exercise, his true holding would be 125K units, yet Morgan never updated this in his portfolio. He mischievously tried to sell off the 500K units, but only 125K could be sold (because that is what he truly has in his CSCS account), and 375K units remained in his Morgan portfolio.

Now, imagine Morgan just updating his portfolio in January 2026, and the whole 375K units are wiped off. Can he bring out evidence of his 500K units purchased pre-reconstruction (@#10K per share) and claim foul game by Morgan? I think this scenario happened to many users of Morgan with this same Transcorp stock, and it is likely to be the same problem with the 4willer issue. This is why direct access to your CSCS account helps, you can always crosscheck your true holdings after every buy and sell cos sometimes inefficient brokers like Morgan might not update your true holdings correctly on their platform.

Another thing is that some brokers don't reconcile CSCS statement with trading portfolio, you'll need to send mail to them to update it and attach a copy of your CSCS statement as the case may be.

One of the issues I observed with Morgan is the frequent change of personnel...
Issues are bound to be coming up if staff manning a particular department or certain area is being changed often, maybe without proper handing over.
I think they needed to address this and upgrade Staffers as at when due without necessarily changing or allowing them to resign on possible demands.

I made a deposit to my Morgan Capital trading account and Morgan Capital credited my account with less than 40% of the money. I have been following up with them for over a month and they said they would investigate. I have not heard from them ever since. Is this how bad they are? Pls try and contact him directly concerning this....
At least bank transfer can't lie.....even if your fund was made during system downtime...
I hope you also track this with your bank...

I haven't heard or read about this kind of complaint before now....
Even the person that deposited via bank transfer was credited within minutes without sending mails...
So try and find out where the issue actually lies..

I liken them to Bamboo and Chaka when compared to mainstream brokers(cardinal Stone, Stanbicbrokers, Meristem,etc)

The edge he has over bonds is that
1)he can withdraw quite easily.(depending on yrs of locking in)
2) He earns daily, unlike bonds that are biannual or quarterly.

I'm not in support of 'despicable acts'......but just saying those tackling were not able to read between the lines...
If you've been following his posts, when JAPAUL was going down, he made mention of some things, and that, once it's time to move we will have an idea about it.
Even when I bought and saw it was going down (as I kept arguing with him), I sold back because he kept hammering on it, maybe not supported by Charts I don't know.
