InvestmentRe: Us Stocks Pick Alert by yok: 3:05pm On Nov 28, 2025
US Stock Picks + Ideas/Trading Plan: Nov 28 2025
Market Direction Today: The US stock market is showing slight gains today in a shortened post-Thanksgiving session, with the S&P 500 around 6829 points up about 0.25%. This modest positive movement comes amid expectations of a likely Federal Reserve interest rate cut in December and continued strength in AI and technology sectors. However, November as a whole is poised to close in the red for major indexes, including the S&P 500 and Nasdaq, marking a break from typical November performance which is usually positive. Market volatility remains subdued but caution is warranted given mixed economic signals and sector performances

.Sector/Sub-Sector Rotation: The current market environment favors sectors like AI/technology, semiconductors, data centers, gold, drones, financials, and medical devices/healthcare. Conversely, energy sectors including solar and oil are best avoided for now due to weak momentum. Consumer discretionary sectors, especially traditional automakers, exhibit signs of pressure while capital markets and healthcare sectors continue to show resilience. Bitcoin-related stocks may have the potential for a bounce if BTC/USD price holds above the key level of $93,000

.Forward Look (Next 1-3 Days): The prevailing market sentiment is cautiously optimistic, underpinned by anticipated Fed easing and positive AI-driven innovation. Defensive sectors such as utilities and industrials may gain interest as investors seek stability. That said, intermittent pullbacks are plausible, especially in speculative stocks or sectors where valuations appear stretched, so careful chart monitoring and tactical entries are recommended. In particular, electricity-related companies linked to AI infrastructure and bitcoin stocks warrant close attention for potential short-term rebounds

.Key Stocks Today ( XXXX for confidentiality): XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. Additional names to watch include XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX.

Bitcoin contrarian plays: XXXX and XXXX may recover after recent pullbacks if BTC surges higher.Medium-Term Watchlist (XXXX): Companies involved in electricity provision for data centers and subsea cables like XXXX are noteworthy for potential pullback buys based on technical setups.

Objective Commentary: The market currently reflects a blend of optimism about AI's transformative impact and Fed policy easing with caution due to uneven sector performances and macroeconomic uncertainties.

Given the typical performance this November,
investors should approach positions with measured risk, favoring sectors supported by technological advancement and defensive stability. Speculative areas and energy sectors remain risky near term. This balanced outlook aligns with broader market trends and analyst sentiment as US markets close the month with muted gains and prepare for potential volatility into December.

Trade ideas provided are for consideration only; each investor must evaluate risk tolerance and execute trades accordingly. Staying disciplined and using technical signals for entries is advisable.

NIGERIA STOCK MARKET UPDATE - 26 NOV 2025
- Extract Target Technical Analysis Daily Messages

MARKET VIEW: NEUTRAL TO SLIGHTLY BULLISH

The market is sending mixed signals. The overall picture is cautious, but strong opportunities exist in specific sectors. We are in a two-speed market: some sectors are weakening while others show significant strength.

LIKELY MARKET DIRECTION:
The short-term outlook is Neutral to Slightly Bullish, favoring sector-specific plays. The overall market, is likely to remain range-bound.

KEY DRIVERS:

· The move to T+2 settlement this week should improve trading efficiency and could boost sentiment.
· High interest rates continue to pull money away from stocks into fixed income.
· Naira volatility and regulatory uncertainty create headwinds.

SECTOR SCORECARD (0-100):

STRONG PERFORMERS (Focus Here):
XXXXX(Oil/Gas): Score 100 - Strong uptrend supported by firm crude prices.
XXXXX(Consumer Goods): Score 100 - Defensive play with steady demand.
XXXXX(Growth): Score 100 - Best momentum for short-term trades.
XXXXX(Small Companies): Score 100 - Showing great potential.

CAUTION AREAS (Avoid/Reduce):
XXXXX(Insurance): Score 0 - Worst performing sector.
XXXXX(Banking): Score 25 - Struggling with Naira volatility.
Overall Market:Score 25 - In risky zone, trading sideways.

TODAY'S OBSERVATION:
The market gained slightly despite lower trading volume, indicating lack of broad conviction. Money is rotating from large caps into smaller, technically attractive stocks. This is a sector-specific market - stock selection is crucial.

TRADING PLAN:

· Concentrate investments in sectors scoring above 75
· Avoid or reduce exposure to sectors scoring below 25
· Monitor banking and insurance for signs of recovery before re-entering

KEY RISKS:

· Further Naira depreciation
· Sustained high interest rates
· Global economic pressures
· Choppy trading conditions due to reduced liquidity

Is it reliable for long term investment?

-------------------------------------------------------------------
You can fund with Naira (same way you make local payments). Commission is approximately zero.

On the long term investment side, I will need more clarification from you. You are not not investing in "Vest", they are just your Stockbroker. So for reliability, I will say they are reliable.

On long term investing, I will say yes. You have opportunities to buy sticks of companies like: PFE (PFIZER), IBM, CVX (CHEVRON), MPC that have paid dividends for 25 years or more.

However, to be successful you need someone who can show you the way, plus a good trading system, so that you will not become like people who started, but hace now lost their investments by buying stocks they should never have bought.

DM me if you need any assistance, but if you believe you can do it on your own, you are welcome tge market is open to everyone.

Wishing you the best

· Aso Savings and Loans Plc had a full suspension of trading in its shares. This suspension is to allow for the reconciliation of records and the determination of eligible shareholders in preparation for the listing of reconstructed shares.

FUNDAMENTALS CORNER – MEDIUM TERM STOCK IDEAS (3+ months)
Bleep XXXX : High gross margin (>30%), strong balance sheet

PRESCO PLC: Solid ROCE (>15%) and growth momentum

NAHCO PLC: Revenue growth above 25%, consistent EPS gains

XXXXXX XXXX: Clean fundamentals, strong balance sheet, medium-term value play

MACROECONOMIC AND MARKET CONTEXT
The market faces headwinds from high interest rates driven by CBN's tight monetary policy, evident in high Treasury Bill rates attracting funds away from equities. Currency volatility pressures import-dependent sectors, while Oil/Gas benefits from Naira revenue gains despite low crude prices. Institutional adjustments ahead of T+2 settlement and year-end contribute to volatility. The environment remains risk-off with domestic selling prevailing despite record foreign portfolio investments. Any monetary easing signal will be a positive catalyst.

OUTLOOK & INVESTMENT STRATEGY
Short-Term (1–2 weeks): Market expected to remain pressured, testing lower levels unless positive triggers occur such as FX reform clarity or strong earnings.
Medium-Term (1–3 months): Expect gradual recovery supported by Nigeria’s fundamentals with rotation into consumer, industrial, and export stocks.Recommended

Tactical Positioning:
Overweight Consumer Goods and export-oriented Industrials.

Underweight Insurance and Banking sectors.

Risk Management: Use stop loss, limit individual stock exposure to 5% and sector exposure to 25%. Monitor CBN MPC meetings, OPEC decisions, and Naira trends as key catalysts.

INVESTOR SENTIMENT SUMMARY
Indices mostly in sell mode except Insurance, which shows buying interest. Broader market remains risk-averse with cautious positioning especially in Banking, Oil/Gas, and Growth sectors.l

MARKET OVERVIEW Close of 18 Nov 2025

Today we expect some market recovery. But we should not be too aggressive in buying until oater today aftet the CPI data must havecbeen reoeased.

Market exhibited classic rotational characteristics within an overarching bullish framework, with early strength in AI and crypto-related equities giving way to broader consolidation and volatility expansion late in the period. Cross-verified data from multiple institutional and quantitative platforms confirm sustained relative leadership in technology and select growth pockets, tempered by intermarket pressures from stable yields and firm dollar. Sentiment analytics aggregated from community and broker sources remained constructive on high-conviction themes, particularly crypto infrastructure and AI enablers, with probability reinforcement from repeated institutional commentary and volume confirmation.

TRADING PLAN NIGERIA 19 NOV 2025 FULL REPORT

MARKET PERFORMANCE

The market direction is likely to remain bearish in the short term. Our indicators suggest we may see another significant bearish day soon. As a guideline, we will always present our final watchlist in this format. However, the stocks in the full report and speculative picks below represent an additional watchlist which must be monitored daily. This is where stocks for three to ten day swing trading are located; if they maintain their trend, they will qualify for our primary buy watchlist.

Our list of stocks to watch for buying is XXXXXX, XXXXXX, XXXXXX, and XXXXXX.

Our list of stocks to sell, wait, or not buy is
XXXXXX, XXXXXX, XXXXXX, and XXXXXX. We will continue to populate the list in this manner for the time being.

STAY IN THE MARKET OR BE IN CASH

The technical signal for the ASI All Share Index clearly advises to be in cash. The policy overhang from the proposed Capital Gains Tax reform, coupled with high fixed-income yields, will continue to limit buying interest and encourage profit-taking or market exits. Market activity is also declining sharply in terms of volume and value, indicating that institutional buyers are on the sidelines.

OUTLOOK AND INVESTMENT STRATEGY SHORT-TERM ONE TO TWO WEEKS

The market direction for the immediate short term one to three days is likely neutral with a bearish bias. While the sharp sell-off from Monday has exhausted itself, as reflected in the reduced All Share Index movement, the lack of follow-through buying and the significant collapse in trading value suggest a severe lack of conviction from institutional buyers.

Comment: The All-Share Index remains in a clear risk-off configuration with both trend and momentum negative. The XXXXXX and XXXXXX sectors stand out as lone bright spots with full scores, indicating a defensive rotation is evident. The XXXXXX sector is in free-fall mode. The XXXXXX and XXXXXX indices are neutralising but remain vulnerable to further profit-taking. Exercise extreme caution outside of the XXXXXX and XXXXXX sectors.

BELOW IS OUR MESSAGE FOR TODAY IN THE CAUCUS

Also very soon, we will start monitoring the daily movement in the foreign portfolio Investors.

ADDITION OF NEW SECTION TO OUR NIGERIA REPORT/PARTIAL REPORT FOR 18 NOV 2025
We have added a trend at a "Glance Table" to our report. The table shows what the 3 days trend for a particular indices is, example is the Industrial Goods Index, which has declined for 3 days consistently, with that of Monday being a big plunge. The report is below shown below (will still be part of our main report) plus our stock picks for the day.

**1 3 INDICES 3- DAYS TREND AT A GLANCE**
INDICES SCORE HISTORICAL REPORT
Index %Day1 %Day2 %Day3
AllShare -1.26% +0.02% +1.08%
Premium -1.20% +0.05% +1.10%
MERIGRW -0.80% +0.03% +1.20%
MERVALU -0.50% +0.01% +0.90%
INS +0.07% +2.40% +0.50%
BNK -1.01% +1.30% +0.13%
Cons Gd -0.02% +0.50% +1.00%
INDUSTR -4.48% +0.00% -0.50% LOTUSISLM +0.20% +0.80% +0.60%
Oil/G -1.18% -0.50% +0.50%
GROWTH -0.50% +0.10% +1.50%
From the above, we can see consistent deterioration in PREMIUM,GROWTH, INDUSTRIAL Indices etc.

The bull market is facing a healthy correction, driven by fear, but the underlying sentiment in smaller stocks remains speculative and buoyant. The major cap movers are in a consolidation/corrective phase, while small caps are seeing opportunistic surges.

Market is likely to be bearish/range-bound, with ASI 144200-144500 with defensive rotation; monitor CGT review headlines for downside triggers, favor dips in insurance/banking over cyclicals.

**Stay In The Market Or Be In Cash**:
Be more in cash (actually the market is retracing from high and 144210 look like the next support on the line). With the Premium and Industrial indices as bigest lossers of the day, we are better to pitch our tent on the side of the bers temporarily.

**Outlook and Investment Strategy: Short-Term (1 to 2 Weeks)**

Short Term Outlook 1 to 2 Weeks
The Nigerian stock market is expected to remain in a consolidation or volatile phase over the next one to two weeks. The long-term bullish trend remains technically intact, but short-term momentum is being dictated by the uncertainty surrounding the Capital Gains Tax (CGT) policy. This is likely to continue driving profit-taking in high-cap, highly liquid stocks, causing market volatility.

The key catalyst for a renewed bullish leg would be a formal clarification from the government on the CGT, confirming that secondary market transactions will not be taxed. Until then, institutional capital may remain on the sidelines or continue to de-risk, pressuring the major indices.

Risk factors include sustained heavy foreign investor outflows and a breakdown of the key technical support levels on the ASI (e.g., EMA).

The investment strategy should be to adopt a selective Buy on Dips approach.

Based on ASI Trend on 14 Nov 2025: BE IN CASH
The All Share Index is in a SELL position with fast EMA below slow EMA and negative MACD histogram. Problem is that many of the big cap stocks seems to be going back to bearish mode. So we should buy with extra caution.

Risk-off positioning is advised until technical conditions improve and the index reclaims the 148,000 support-turned-resistance level.

MARKET IS THOUGHT- A TIME TO SEPARATE TGE BOYS FROM MEN
We are still on the market!!!

For now (this is November 2025). i don't see any broker that is better than "VEST INVESTMENT" they bring g out the "beast" of a trader in you, allow fractional shares purchase, little or zero commission or let is just say zero commission. Do not be scared by tge proposed $3 charge. By the time you trade regularly in your account, you will earn points that will wipe away qhat support to be that $3 monthly charge. And if you trade regularly $3 will be of no effect. If you tarde with those high Commission charging Nigeria platforms, you will lose $3 as commision in just one day.

Finally, do not believe those brokers or influencers (influencers are paid to give you half information).that says start trading US stocks with $10. If you do not have at least $100 to start trading US stocks, please go and trade Nigeria stocks and the good broker for Nigeria stocks is "Morgan Capital".

Wishing all the best

🇳🇬 NIGERIA EQUITY MARKET UPDATE 📈MARKET ANALYSIS AND OUTLOOK
🔹 Executive Summary
The Nigerian equity market saw notable volatility with a sharp selloff quickly followed by a strong rebound. This was mainly driven by uncertainty around a possible Capital Gains Tax (CGT) review. Domestic institutional investors decisively bought the dip, especially in key sectors.

The short-term outlook remains bullish yet volatile, with technical signals pointing toward a continuation of the main uptrend.

🔹 Market Movement Analysis
On November 11, the market experienced a washout event, then bounced back powerfully on November 12 with high volume. This V-shaped recovery, led by major bellwether stocks and positive market breadth (69 advancers vs. 15 decliners), shows domestic institutions aggressively buying on the CGT-related dip.

Momentum is expected to carry forward, with primary resistance around the 148,781 All-Share Index level.

Speculative Stocks with High Upside Potential:XXXXX 90%XXXXX 85%XXXXX 80%XXXXX 80%XXXXX 80%

🔹 Short-Term Outlook (1-2 Weeks)
The outlook is bullish but volatile. The large volume rebound on Nov 12 confirms active institutional buying after CGT-induced weakness. This suggests the correction phase has ended, and the primary uptrend should resume soon.

🔹 Sector Performance Analysis
Recent shifts reflect easing CGT fears:

Leading Sector: Banking retains leadership with strong momentum, rotating further into tailwind territory. Consumer Goods have joined the leaders post-rebound.

Improving Sector: Insurance shows early recovery signs, improving momentum as risk appetite returns. Industrial Goods are edging higher, boosted by infrastructure expectations.

Weakening Sector: Oil & Gas continues to slide, impacted by weaker global crude prices, moving toward lagging status.

Lagging Sector: Growth and Lotus Islamic sectors remain weak, heavily affected by small-cap selling pressures.

Capital rotation is defensive to cyclical—funds exited small-caps and energy stocks, moving into banks and consumer staples amid macro caution, but optimism for interest rate-sensitive sectors.

🔹 Key Catalysts
Bellwether stocks in Banking and Industrial sectors should attract fresh capital. Any official easing of CGT concerns would act as a strong positive catalyst.

🔹 Risk Factors
Delayed or negative clarification on CGT risks triggering renewed foreign sell-off. Also, failure to hold above 148,781 points could mean the rebound was a temporary relief. Investors should keep a tactical, stock-specific approach focusing on liquid equities with confirmed institutional buying.

THIS IS EXTRACT IF TARGET TECHNICAL CAUCUS REPORT TODAY
The Nigerian All-Share Index (ASI) declined for six consecutive days up to November 10, 2025, confirming bearish momentum. The overall market strategy remains to BE IN CASH due to the sustained sell-off.

Short-term (1-2 weeks), the market is expected to move sideways with a possible technical rebound due to seller exhaustion. Positive drivers include CBN FX reforms boosting foreign investor confidence and the NGX being Africa’s top-performing market in USD for Q3 2025. Risks include domestic inflation, insecurity, and tight monetary policy.

Key market data as of November 10 show the ASI at 148,781.90 points, down 0.49%, with market cap down by N472 billion. Market breadth weakened with 13 gainers and 40 losers. Large-cap profit-taking was observed in major stocks, while small caps showed some resilience.

Sector outlook notes that Oil & Gas leads due to stable crude prices, while the Consumer Goods sector weakens due to inflation. The Insurance sector is lagging. Momentum analysis shows Banking as oversold and weakening.

The report includes stock picks for best chart pattern breakouts and recoveries, along with lists of top stocks and speculative stocks by probability of success;

Fundamentals highlight solid performers with strong revenue growth across various sectors. Macro influences include an improved FX accessibility ranking and government initiatives to deepen capital markets.

THE DAY TURNED POSITIVE: I EVEN PLACED A TRADE FOR THE DAY AND IT IS POSITIVE THANKS TO ZERO COMMISSION BROKER
The boldness to trade on a day like this, is due to the type of broker I use. Zero commission.

Now they are introducing a proposal to charge a fee of $3 (I believe I got it right), per month. However, this $3 charge will be reduced depending on our level of transaction per month! If you trade regularly, the movement in your account is likely to generate enough transaction that will stop the charge. Also, if you want to proof stubborn, at the point of the charge you can decide not to do anything, if they see no free cash in your wallet, they cannot charge you as they cannot sell your shares to take the commission? I think "Trove" did something like this, their own was $1 per month, but many people stopped transacting business on their accounts at the month end when the commission was to be collected, so the proposal died naturally over time!!!

But let us see how it goes. Good day to everyone.

WE NEED TO IMPROVE ON THE QUALITY OF STOCKS WE BUY?
If the stocks we buy have some quality our fear would be limited.

When the market opened today, my platform flashed a huge loss (over 10% of the portfolio value, just for the day only, one day loss), very scary. I just closed the platform and relax.

Later I reopened the platform only to see the previous loss now cut ti 1/3 of the initial figure shown. From there, I started closing some of my positions that were formerly showing good profits, but hace now reduced substantially.

As I am posting, the loss shown have normalised to below 1% of the portfolio value and the day may even end up green). I wonder if there was error from the platform? But if you are in global stocks and your portfolio has a lot of Dividend paying stocks, which are basically not intended for regular trading, having over 50 stocks is a possibility and the figure I saw earlier could have been possible!!! Was there a flash crash today, plus an equal flash recovery huh I will study the market review after close of the day!!! huh cool cool
