BBFE: Compare apples with apples. How does MMM compare to my buying Japaul on the back of a major cash injection.
How am I scammed here.
Can this deal go bad? Yes. Does it stand the chance of succeeding? Yes. There is a reason why equities are riskier investments than gilt-edged securities. well said |

am of the opinion that milost need not raise all this dust no matter how justified they are cos what works in chicago might not work here. now lets see how the ceo of unity bank tries to deny that. i hope they have her on video and signature. we have rugged rogue executive every where. its a rugged and insane terrain |

wanaj0: Milost is another MMM in the making and the founder of MMM is not a Nigeria. So forget the self hating! They are trying to ROB Nigerians under the guise of 'investment'!
If you want to help, just follow the rules? Who pay 'penalty' for drop in share price? Thieves them!
Now they've reduced the amount to be invested in JaPaul to a 'credible' $21m. What happened to the big big money they were calling before? well i dnt know the intrigues in detailes. but we all know the recklessness of most nigerian companies. if the they stipulate their own conditions for granting the loan its nothing new. now tell me. whats smart about buying oando offer for 13naira and five consecutive years down the line it cant get near 10naira. |

salanda: “Soon after the story broke, Milost started receiving threatening emails from a gentleman who says he is politically connected to the powers that could shut Milost out of Nigeria if Milost didn’t terminate the Unity Bank transaction."
“Milost Global Inc wishes to clarify this due to the repeated unprofessional conduct of Business Day Nigeria and its incompetent journalists who are failing to verify facts and communicate with all sides before print and this has led Milost to take legal action against Business Day Nigeria and their journalists Iheanyi Nwachukwu and Lolade Akinmurele. Milost Global Inc will be filing a $500 million lawsuit against the three before the end of the week." https://www.businesspost.ng/2018/03/26/milost-terminates-1b-deal-with-unity-bank-plans-500m-lawsuit/
Interesting read my brother that Nigeria for u . blackmail every where. they can't help themselfs or the situation yet they try to pull down those who can help the situation out of petty jealously and envy. that's why they remain ever miserable. now tell those attackers now to help the situation of unity bank they can't. |

wanaj0: Share is is adjusted for dividend and bonus so makes ZERO difference on your networth. Not sure why people dont factor that in. agreed but assuming there's a rally before markdown it could make a lot of dfference |
Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by yom2(m): 4:40pm On Mar 26, 2018 |
Coolcash1: The new price will be N25.,,,This is the calculation;
Lets assume pre-bonus shares is 1,000 Lets assume pre-bonus share price is N30 Bonus issue is 1 for 5
Therefore, we calculate number of bonus shares to be issued;
1/5*1000= 200 units Total number of shares will be= 1000+200=1,200
Lets now calculate post bonus share price (Psb);
Pre-bonus number of ordinary shares * pre-bonus share price = Post bonus number of issued shares * Post bonus share price
1000*N30= 1200*Psb N30000=1200Psb Divide both sides by 1200 Therefore Post bonus share price will be N30000/1200= N25/share.
So, the share price will be adjusted downwards by N5. k thanks |
