I paid using my bank's debit card. After you fill the request/registration form on WES.org. then you ll see the payment and shipping page, then pay with debit card.

My WES result has arrived. Glory to God.

Yes, contact your school ASAP because they are the ones that can hasten or delay your evaluation.

I think you should contact their customer care, either by sending a mail or calling, or even go there in person.

Yes you can register with your naira mastercard provided its activated for online transactions. Talk to your issuing bank about that.

wrt available iets dates, you have to be ready to go to distant centres with available dates.

It depends on what you want to go to Canada for.

Do you want there to study, visit, work or even immigrate?
Once you determine what you want to go there for, then you can go to the site for the relevant information.

Send the document checklist

Make sure you follow the Document Checklist (IMM 5612) and use it as the cover page of your application. Do not submit documents that are not found on the checklist and do not send duplicates of your application or documentation.

[b]Dicey situation you found yourself in!
I remembered I posted one of the check-list to do if you want to submit your application...with emphasis on credit/debit card.I advised applicants to go and lock the card up somewhere so that it doesn't get lost...we're back in the same circle now.
For now,your best bet is for you to send the the fee payment form as an additional document with all your details on the envelope.Write a strong cover letter to explain the issues.The new fee payment form should contain your new set of instruction which you want CIC to use to process your application....I strongly suggest you raise a bank draft this time around but if you have another functional credit/debit card,you can use it.
I love using credit/debit but after my application was returned in questionable circumstances with no reasonable justification to prove that my card had payment issues,I stopped advising applicants to use it.
Get a new payment form with your preferred option of payment on it,include a cover letter to explain it.
Also,please send a mail to cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca and make a scan copy of the payment form with the cover letter to be an attachment to the mail before sending.
In the mail.....indicate all your personal details...passport number,date of birth,full names,NOC,address,Initial application date of receipt and so on.
If you have UCI number,include it also.

With respect to IELTS, your registration is not complete without payment. Even if you registered several times, as far as you didnt complete the registration by paying, you still have nit registered.
What you need to do is to regiser whenever you have your funded credit/debit card with you.

You can also register by going to british council office with your money and intl passport.

Just as its been said earlier, you have to go to their office in Ikoyi to collect it.

Pls take your passport and your exam confirmation printout showing your candidate no and other details.
Ensure you get there before 3pm.

Also, I got a mail from WES that photocopies of my certificate have been sent to my institution for confirmation. Was it sent by post or email? So i can inform my contact there what to out for for quick response.

Your ielts result would not be sent to you by any means o. You would have to go to their site to check it.

For your WES confirmation, they send it by email, fax and i think courier. Once you get the notification, you can contact your school, most likely they would have gotten it.

In my own opinion, i wont advice both of you to apply separately. I would advice you both to join forces together, both can write ielts fund an account, maybe a joint account, the person with the highest points should be the principal applicant, do your evaluation and send everything to cic before the end of this year.

Yes an HND holder can work in canada, but HND in what?

You need to confirm if your occupation is among the 100 occupations listed on their site.

You have to take IELTS and send your credentials (transcript & Certificate) for evaluation.

You have to go through the instruction guide to get more details about the eligibility criteria and score 67 points or more before you can apply.

1. My former employer ( a Bank) has been liquidated by NDIC. what can i do cos am adding the experience of close to 2 yrs which i cannot get reference letter for, under Noc 1212?

You might get your evaluation completed in three days!

That was what happened in my own case. My documents were received on 27th sept. and got evaluation completed email on the 1st october

For now,the link below has the most updated information as released by Canadian Government ion 30th April,2014 and a contrary information is yet to be released to negate it.
David Cohen is a consultant on FSW and the information is from his website.....until proven to be true by the Canadian government in any release before the end of this year,its a marketing franchise by applicants to patronize his consulting firm.
