You can attend to this internally and externally.


Internally: has to do with what you take in, injest whether drugs or food.

1. De-worm your self (once in 3 months). Choose which one works well for you, fruits and juicing fast or herbal solution (e.g. aloe, bitter leaf, etc custom mixes) or use pharmaceutical drugs like 'combatrin' or the likes

2. Cleanse or purge your gut (once in like a month, you shouldn't do to frequently): similarly choose which one works well for you. Either Juice fast using fruits, or herbal mix or pharmaceutical solution (medicine). If you can help it let the purge or cleanse go on for 2 days, during this time it is very important you drink salt and sugar solution to replace the fluid and electrolytes your are losing from your body while purging if not person fit kpai o. Lucozade boost is an alternative, fruits also work wonders. And drink plenty water.

3. Maintenance: Reduce how you consume oily or fried foods. If you consume a lot at once, starve yourself of oily foods and make sure the body makes use of that excess fat.

4. Maintenance 2: You have to empty your bowels regularly at least once everyday. When you don't visit the loo to do number 2, you will accumulate the excess oil it is trying to expel. To help with bowel movements you need to drink water enough and fruit and fibrous nutrition in moderation, do not overdo. For example, if you are using fruits, you can use cucumber, eat cucumber first, then now eat the main food you want to eat, then you can top it with cucumber again, drink water. (Maybe during war is it ok not to do number 2 everyday at least once, imo... )


External:
1. Get a handkerchief to clean your oily face, periodically after washing your face every 3-8 hours. When the handkerchief starts becoming oily or sticky wash it with soap right there where you wash your face. After cleaning your face, do not leave it dry, leave some water on it so that it is damp not wet and dripping o just clean it and leave it damp, else you could dry out your skin and you don't want that, do you (especially in an AC environment)

2. When you bath wash your face only entirely with soap 3 out of 4 days. Scrub your face 1 out of 4 days making sure the soap catch the sponge well and your sponge is sterile or pre-rinsed.

Personally I think the 800bn may have been inflated but I can't prove it although I know for a fact that all the raw materials needed for road construction we have it naturally occurring in sufficient quantities. Coal tar, bitumen, asphalt, laterite, crushed rocks and limestone.


I would like to believe calculations are objective, totally removed from the behaviour of the Nigerian government towards management of funds. Just an estimation except they have a way to differentiate when fuel is sold is for anything other than road use.
