If u are advertising, at least say the truth no need to lie. Tecno L8 is not made of metal... It plastic, same way gionee fans claim that the m5 is metal when it is made of plastic. Even innjoo claimed that their flex tablet has a mettalic back when it is actually made of flimsy plastic with some cheap mettalic paint that peels off within a few days of use. Not that plastic is bad for phones, Samsung galaxy s5, lg g3 and g4 are made of plastic and are very good phones with superb build quality.... No need to lie.

On Saturday, Celebrities turned out en masse at the Eventistry, Lekki Phase One for the Live Your Dreams Africa 4.0 2016.

The event with the theme; My Dream; Leave or Cleave was organized by popular motivational speaker and life coach, Bankole Williams featured a host of made men who came around to inspire the teeming young minds on what they need to do to live their dreams.

Mr Cosmos Maduka, the CEO of Coscharis Motors, shared his experience of how he served his uncle as a teenager and was settled with N250. He further explained how he turned that meager amount to the billions he has now.

The delectable Toke Makinwa also shared her success story of she became who she is even while Radio personalities were not celebrated back then.

Others accomplished personalities such as Ali Baba, star photographer, Kelechi Amadi, Adesuwa Etomi and others shared their stories as well which surely inspired many as some sponsors also came around distributed gifts to the attendees of the mind blowing event too.

TECNO Mobile gave out mobile phones in its numbers to attendees while Orijin Zero was also in abundance at the event.

The representative of TECNO Mobile at the event spoke on how the brand has been supporting dreams and building lives with its products and services and how it was necessary to support initiatives that do this likewise too.

The event surely would be a great one next year as I personally look forward to the 6th edition.

My aunt needed a change of phone, so I strolled into a Tecno store (she has always been a fan of Tecno), and told the shop attendant my spec. Smart as she is, she took me straight to the L8 stand, and there the beauty was, waiting to be held by me. Its metallic nature and beauty made it stand out.
The L8 has three gorgeous colours; Gold, Silver and Gray. I chose the silver which happens to by my aunts’ best, but here is the twist; my aunt had told me she needed a durable phone, especially because it was the third time she was changing her phone in 7 month. This is because of the numerous children running around her. So, when I told the attendant I needed an affordable, durable but beautiful phone, L8 came straight to her mind.
Trust me, it is not over rated, especially because my aunt loved it immediately she saw it.

I was in a commercial bus in Monday morning on my way to work. At the same time, I was to send an urgent proposal which I had saved on my phone to an important client but due to lack of power, my phone battery was dead. While I was still contemplating how to send the proposal, the man sitting beside me had a call on his Tecno l5. Having heard about the phone's mega battery and power bank ability, I asked him if I could charge my phone which he gladly accepted. I sent the proposal and alighted the bus thanking the man. Yesterday, I got a call from the client to state that my proposal had been accepted. All thanks to the man who helped me.
