One last thing, how were you able to get the car you used for the G road test, provided at the test center or you bought one?

Oh ok, a bit surprised you need an extract to convert from BC to On. Anyways you can borrow a friends car or the driving Instructor you will teach you the road test routes. It’s between 120$ - 150$. If you’re in London, On I can recommend one.

Sorry about that, with the news and reports coming from that embassy, it's better to just seek whatever service one needs directly from Nigeria. On another note, congrats on your G1, can you pls hint me on your registration/knowledge test process? And how soon is your upcoming G road test or you will just book it whenever you feel ready for it.? I'm expecting my extract from BC this weekend in order to proceed with my tests as well. Thanks

I don’t know much about BC only for Ontario. I got lot of misinformation that I can’t go straight to G from G1 even with my driving experience. At the end of the day I took my extract to the drive test centre told the officer I have an extract from Nigeria. I registered and took the G1 test. After passing I was told i can take the G road test no need for G2. Today I took the G road test and passed. So it’s very possible to get the Full G if you have an extract from your home country. Like I said knowledge test for BC I don’t know much, you have to research or check out https://www.drivingtestcanada.ca. For G road test have a good and experienced instructor. I was lucky one of the officers in the drivetest center was Nigerian, he gave me the contact of an instructor which most Nigerians use and pass.

about 2 weeks. The extract is free BUT paid about 30k to sort for them to take me serious.

If you want to get a Nigerian Driver License extract, please get it from FRSC In Abuja before coming to Canada (if you can or use a contact.)

Nigerian Embassy in Ottawa are the most usel*** and incompetent people I can think off at the moment…wicked and terrible. I applied drivers license extract, paid $100 money order, sent my original documents/license. These people lost my license and didn’t contact or respond. They won’t even reply to emails or answer their phones for months.

I had to apply for a license reissue from naija and applied for Drivers license extract from FRSC naija. Finally i did my G1 yesterday, passed and got waived to proceed for G road test.

No idea but in my own case the MP office didn't ask for consent form. What they asked for were full details of all applicants in the submission (no abbreviation of names). If not already in the form, include a table showing names of all members in the application, relationship to you, type of visa sought, application number, UCI #, and then note that your own details should be included as the family member in Canada. Emphasize need for family reunification (that's the catch phrase) in all manners you can - directly, implied, etc. Best wishes.
